When I contacted them about this (the same day as service), I received no response for six weeks. Eventually, they pointed to a contract clause stating that water spots and swirls may still be visible. This is unacceptable, as paint correction is meant to *remove* these imperfections *before* coating. Their proposed 'solution' was inspecting the ceramic coat's performance, which doesn't address the core issue: the uncorrected paint. Very disappointed with the job service and non-existent customer support.

We called an left a massage on Saturday and the owner call back and let us know he had an opening on Sunday if we wanted to bring our car in and it would take 6 to 7 hours they will need to put on the ceramic coating. They text us letting us know that the car would be ready and to pick up in 1 hours to let the ceramic coating seal and it took about 5 hours from when we dropped the car off. The shine looked good and he did the entire car and windows. It came with a 3 year warranty Owner was friendly and asked him about maintenance of the ceramic coating and he said anytime you want to maintain the shine you can come back and the cost is $100.00 per visit. After looking on Yelp and seeing the positive review, I called Lux's and Washington was able to fit me in the same week. Weekends are busy for him but he had a helper show up just after lunchtime on a Friday and that person worked till nearly 800 pm that night! Washington oversaw the work and probably spent over 3 hours himself. At first I thought it was a bit pricey for an interior clean and detailing, and an exterior wash, including cleaning off the engine a bit, but after considering the total number of hours they put in, I think they certainly earned their money and did a great job. Very satisfied with the cleaning, and attention to details. Even my domestic inspector (wife ;) was impressed. Machine Only cleaned like 70% off the car and STILL had remaining dirt on the bottom and the poop stains as mentioned. $20 for your car to be incomplete. WASH IT YOURSELF if you can!!!
