But Mia (no longer there) did such a great job on my nail art and manicure. I gave a pass. But after this time when I got the same attitude and was being rushed, even though I booked an appointment, I will not go back. I booked for a full builder get set. She tried to glue acrylics to my nails and told me they don't do builder gel molds, even though that is what they claim to be known for on their website. I ended up paying $123 for plain gel nail polish and gel pedicure. I guess I paid extra for the attitude.

The place was easy to find, very clean and updated. Their price list that is posted from 2 years ago is the same and they do give a discount for paying cash. Brow service is done in a chair and took about 5 minutes for threading. I also got brows tinted which took about 10 minutes. The reason why I'm leaving a review though is to mention that the experience wasn't what I'd hope for. Being naïve with my first ever lash lift, I paid for my session and tipped. I'm sitting in my car trying to feel myself and these new lifted lashes, but all I could see was black residue from products she used. My lashes were also clearly unevenly curled which was unfortunate. I feel like Kay was not taking care of me, assisting other people while it was seconds from removing product from my lashes. I was never in a private room like the other clients, but sat in the main room where people entered and left the building. I'm not sure If I'll be coming back, but I'm desperately looking for a reliable place in Columbus still. Also I wanted to mention that she did tell me that if I called within the next week I could get them redone, but this was only if they had visibly fallen.
