After spending over $170 ( $136 plus $10 booking fee plus $26 tip) and 2 hours sitting there I have nothing to show for.... I too, own a salon and I have NEVER left a bad review....but I sent this same pic to the owner 2 days after (knowing NOT to cleanse lashes) and ALL of (the few lashes I had) my lashes fell out. I reached out to owner and she tried to fit me in to fix them but only offered me a time that wouldn't work (Saturday) and said that that's ALL she can do... So I got my lashes done on a Wednesday, they all fell out that Friday ...and unfortunately I had an event to attend Friday... I did hair Saturday morning then attended the wedding Saturday, followed by a different bridal party that Sunday...so long story short I booked my apt Wednesday, the small amount of lashes I did have fell out....and I wasted all my time and money read more

I got my lashes done for vacation. I wanted to be makeup free for a week since we were headed to the beach. I haven't had my lashes done in a long time and at first I wish I had gone with the fullest option (I did naturally beautiful) because I feared my lashes would look sparse by the end of the week just due to past experiences of having them done elsewhere. while her services are good her chairside manor is rude (you have to hear about her love life triangles and her boyfriend drama) - and her business policy of when something comes up immediately there is absolutely zero communication about getting reschedules asap. It is a HARD you owe 50% the service you scheduled for even when you have a sick kid and have to cancel day of - which is something that you as a parent cant control. I can understand it if it is a new client but I have been a client for over 2 years....with taking breaks here and there....but i have always trusted my lashes to her. Once the lashes didnt even last 10 days - she did nothing to compensate for it but I went back and she took extra time to make sure it was done right (of course I had to pay in full and she didnt apologize - she actually blamed me) but funny how when she took extra time they stayed on for well over 3 weeks that time. I am also a business owner and life happens - but you dont piss off the people who are repeat customers by treating them with complete disrespect. PERIOD. I wont be coming back. read more

I have wanted to get my eyelashes done for awhile. When I was younger my eyelashes were really long and full and as I've gotten older I feel like they have thinned out a bit so wanted to give extensions a try. The spa is very relaxing and soothing. Elizabeth, my technician was great. She was very friendly and easy to talk to and she did a great job of asking what kind of look I wanted and she got it exactly right! I can tend to be a bit sensitive so I got The hypoallergenic lashes and had zero problem with it. The best part is I've gotten so many complements on them! Everyone is like "you look great!" Or "you're makeup looks amazing!" After I got the lashes I don't HAVE to wear make up! It's definitely a great place to go. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So I just moved to Ohio and I was looking for a place to do my eyelash extensions. Since I work in the medical field I wanted someone who has experience to do my lashes the natural way. So I booked a master Artist at Pulp Lash Spa. This was actually my first time to put extensions and I was extremely happy to come to my appointment. I drove with my husband 30 minutes from my house to arrive. When I arrived the technician I had did not even take the time to introduce herself. Everything was extremely fast as if she just wanted to get rid of me and move on to another client. I didn't even had time to drop off and settle in that she already had the camera on my face. Without even asking for my agreement she immediately took a picture of me. Very unprofessional and when I asked her why she barely answered me saying that it was for her site. And during the procedure she didn't explain what she was doing. So she also did my eyebrows, the result was just terrible. And I didn't even have time to look at my eyebrows when she told me to go out and pay because she was waiting on another client. when I ask her about how to keep my lashes moisturized. The first thing she said before explaining it to me was "I already gave you a brochure to read" It should be mentioned that I came to the salon because of the reviews I saw online. But my personal experience was just Terrible. I came happy in the salon and left with terrible costumer service experience. And I'm never coming back to this place again. I just hope to find another place with good customer service. Ps: Another client also explained to me how terrible their service was with her daughter. read more

I had an appointment to get my eyebrows tinted and laminated. While Katie was nice enough I didn't sense that she knew exactly what she was doing. I also paid for a lash perm and tint. Time expired and she could not perform the lash tint and she asked me to come back at another time. The appointment was suppose to be 2 hours and she went over the allotted time. When I got home it looked like nothing had been done to my brows at all!!! They looked the exact same as when u started. The next day I reached out to the manager (you can not call only text them...which is very strange) and she admitted that Katie should have tinted my brows first and laminate second not vice versa like she did..and offered to refund me $50. For all of the services I received here I spent $150 plus a $30 tip. I feel I am owed a full refund on the service (the $150) because I received nothing. I texted asking for a manager to call me and have not heard from them at all. Do yourself a favor and don't patronize this place. Learn from my mistake. read more

Getting lashes was something I have always wanted to do and finally decided to go for it. Someone on a Facebook networking group I am in asked for referrals for eyelashes and Pulp came up more than any other recommendation, so I went for it! Kristen was my master and told me I was going to be addicted. OMG she was right! I have since been back 3 times to try different levels of lashes. I started with hypoallergenic just to be sure my eyes would handle it. Plus I have allergies which make my eyes water all the time. Hypoallergenics were great and lasted a good long time. Next time I went with regular - super happy and then tried again and added a little 3D action. As someone with no lashes, this has made a huge difference in my appearance but doesn't look or feel like I have big fake lashes on. My mom just thought I was using some amazing mascara. I said not only are they fake lashes, but I don't even have mascara ON! I know it seems like a huge review, but I am happy. read more

my lashes look thin and fine, I've never paid by how much time they spend on my lashes I'm paying for a full set you shouldn't stop working on the set when a certain amount of time is up, I don't want to have to pay more because it's not full enough.. didn't know that prior... my lashes look nothing like the pictures I seen online before making the appt. I got in fast, I should listen to myself more and realize the places that have a wait are typically the places that do a much better job.. didn't seem to care exactly what I wanted just wanted to get the service overwith I felt like. I won't be back I just moved here from MI and trying to find someone I'd like to keep returning to and this wouldn't be it. I've been getting lashes off and on since she was on the east side of Columbus and I just started getting my lashes done again, I've had a full set and a refill but it's been hard with my schedule trying to get in for a fill in so my lashes have been coming out and I have noticed 2-3 extensions on 1 lash which Kristen calls clusters, from what she has taught me that shouldn't happen anywhere and I'm noticing that's exactly what she is doing and of course my real lash is falling out with it, I have pictures of them just in case someone don't believe me, I just feel like this stop putting down all the other people who do the same thing you do CLUSTERS! I wouldn't know what they were until Kristen explained them to me and since she said that I didn't go to anyone else but this is my experience... just be careful read more
