There's a giant parking lot, it's literally next to a McDonald's - not being able to request specific people: just make an appointment. You can ask on the phone when the person you want to do your services works and request them - being pressured into other services: I hate to say it but that's business. They're gonna ask if you want other services. It's as simple as learning to say "no, thank you".
