Cost was affordable. They are offering a one stop shop for all of your beauty needs. I mean you think of a service and ill be surprised if they don't offer it. They strive to push for diversity in their employees as well as customer base. I can personally recommend Avinash and Nardia. I contact Stephanie about two weeks before my son wedding to get some idea about my hair for the wedding. See I have a serious scalp condition and I'm bald at the crown of my hair. She give me an idea for my hair. I was short on funds and time was running out, so on the day that I was leaving for Miami on very short notice she met me at the beauty store and give me her profession opinion with different afford options. Than afterward did my eyelash my son and niece's love them so did I, and I wasn't afraid to swim at the beach. My son father also took a second look (lol). I had gotten them done the week before at a less than reputable place in a different country and they needed to be replaced. I booked an appointment via the website for lash extensions, which is a travel to you service. I had done this twice before without issue. Received a confirmation email for the date and time upon booking and again 24 hours prior to my appointment. On the day of, no one showed up for my appointment. Also, was still charged he deposit booking fee of $30. No one picked up the phone or returned my calls when I called to see if anyone would be coming, so I am now having to dispute the charge. read more

I wish I could give this place a good review. Based on everyone else's, I was expecting to find a new favorite hair salon near my boyfriend's house. I booked an appointment online at around 10pm for the following Sunday. An hour later, I got a call from Stephanie, asking if I could do an earlier time slot or even Saturday, because she wouldn't be able to do the time I'd picked. No problem. She also informed me that the website price was wrong - the haircut would be $45 instead of $30. At the salon, Stephanie asked me what I was looking for, and I said I just wanted my haircut reshaped and thinned, since I was growing a pixie out and it got bulky really quickly. I told her she could thin it out as much as she wanted because my hair grows so thick so fast that I have to get it done every month. I've had every sort of hair style, from long to buzzed, and I've been having my hair thinned with shears for two decades now - and never once has my hair looked as bad as it does after this appointment. I didn't see what she was doing during the appointment, as she had me facing away from the mirror the entire time. She also didn't shampoo it, which I found weird, but at the time it didn't matter to me because I'd already wet it down that morning. So, she did a little work, but when she had me look at it, it wasn't as de-bulked as I usually like it so I asked her to take some more out from the back. She continued working, stopping once to take a phone call, and when she finished, initially I was happy. It looked much cleaner and less poofy. I paid for my service - $60 including tip - and went home. The trouble started when I rinsed my hair to get the baby pieces off my scalp and neck. When I ran my hands through it, I felt what seemed to feel like "buzzed" portions underneath the top layer. When I got out of the shower and combed it as I usually do, I saw lots of spots with tiny hairs all over the place, sticking straight up because they'd been cut so short. Initially I thought maybe it was just in a couple sections so I texted Stephanie to let her know and showed her photos of what I was seeing. I was annoyed, but at that point it wasn't a huge deal - until it started drying again and I was seeing how very bad it was. Nothing was blended, and I looked like I'd been in a fight with a weed wacker. In the meantime, Stephanie wrote back and said, "Ok yes i see the spot my apologies... I used thinning shears to so it it will be sections of spiky areas ... If you would like me to correct it i can not a problem." Again, I've been getting my hair thinned for DECADES and not once have thinning shears done this. I told her I'd like a refund and that I was going to my usual salon to have them fix it. She wrote back and said she wanted me to come back so she could see it. I told her I was already at the salon and sent her more photos. She then called me, and said that no one has ever complained about a haircut she's given before, and that she "didn't want to keep thinning it" but did because I insisted I wanted it thinner. At the salon, I'd told her how I appreciated how she and her staff responded to online reviews that were clearly posted by customers looking to get things for free. But when she placed the blame at my feet for "making her" thin my hair beyond what she thought appropriate, I realized that maybe I'd been wrong about how the salon handles complaints. I told her again that I just wanted a refund and that I didn't really feel comfortable having her work on my hair again. She said that if I wanted a refund I'd have to come back and she'd have to give it to me in cash, because she "didn't have the ability" to give credit card refunds. I told her that since the salon uses Square, I know she can issue credit card refunds, because I use Square for my own business, but that I would be in next week. About an hour later I got another text saying, "I was able to send your refund your via square. My only priority is that all my clients are satisfied." Unfortunately, there's really nothing to do but wait for all the damage to grow back out. Cutting it shorter will just show more of the "buzzed" parts - thankfully I have enough hair on the top layer to cover it so it doesn't LOOK as bad as it FEELS. My stylist also said that there is NO REASON for thinning shears to do this - she said it appears that Stephanie just cut the same areas until there was just nothing left to cut - particularly where my cowlicks are, as if she was trying to just cut them out instead of work with them. I do appreciate that eventually Stephanie agreed to process my refund (although it remains to be seen whether or not it actually goes through) but I was disappointed to be blamed for her professional errors, as if I'm expected to know how much hair has been or should be taken off my head. I can't speak to the other services in the salon, but as far as haircuts, you'd be better off going to Great Clips. read more

Stephanie is awesome. She did my lashes perfectly however my eyes didn't like the lashes but if they did, I'd be going back every two weeks to have her refill them. She's such a sweetheart. She will talk to you if you wanna chat or if you wanna rest those eyes and get some actual beauty sleep she lets you do that too! I like how careful Stephanie is and how dilligent she is.
