I've been dealing with the owner for years. This review is based off my disgust with greed I don't have much to say about the vibe at the spa spent a lot of money with this company with knowing you can never have a problem or she will make it so hard on the person who isn't happy. I finally came back the owner even asked if I was upset at her or if I did anything. I just said no because if you complain all she does is make you feel like you did something. Hanin always did great threading& overly priced facials, but still, I support it here spent $650!!!! On ombré (should've known this was going to be a mistake ) got this done in December horrible to keep it short look at the pictures below. ItI've cried, I've texted,FaceTime, called her. Changed the look of my face came out black, uneven I look like angry birds. December, new years was horrible I've felt ugly since this has happened to me. To the point, it changed my face recognition on my phone yes, my face recognition totally changed. That's how drastic.. for me I was totally understanding that mistakes happen I kept going through it. March comes along. She says that she should be able to fix it. I go in there absolutely not. She said it was supposed to be a cool brown it looks black. Every time that I try to talk to her about it it's like she's constantly trying to get me to say what she wants me to say and is not hearing me. All I wanted was for this to be removed off my face she stated that she knew some people and that she would get me the information, I waited. I got nothing finally when I spoke up and I told her how upset I was of how she was handling the situation. It was come in. I'm wasting hours of my life going in there each and every time all she kept doing was telling me about her work hours how much time she was taking, how much money she spent on them I told her I was disappointed that her customer service since December she didn't even offer me 10% off or I don't constantly feeling like I did something wrong. I finally spoke up. She said that she did,t She shows me a screenshot. She sent it to my fb her I have not spoken since 2022 on fb so I had no knowledge that she sent it to my Facebook, we text all the time personal things, work related.why all of a sudden she used fb? I don't know at that point. I was just so upset that I kept feeling like I had to keep speaking up for myself defending I had enough, I explained that I want a refund. She said you can either have a refund or you can go get the removal which at that point I had to make a choice I have no idea how much removal is, but she was not going to help me with both then she told me that I had to wait for my refund because she uses a system to where she could not get the refund back at that point. I let her know I want to be her company, I am a business owner myself when it comes to my client I would take it out of my business account and whatever third-party or system that she uses, she should have dealt with them on their own not me needing to wait at that point I had no choice because she gave me no other options She said I finally put a review on my social media Instagram, which I also have proof of at that point she goes into my DM's threatening me to sue me get attorneys involved and she also told me I'm not getting my money. Well take that back first she said it was going to be six weeks. She never told me six weeks until now, so two weeks six weeks by the end of that conversation when I said the review is based off of my experience that I had with you and your company I have every right to express she then told me now I'm not getting anything. I also have those screenshots overall it was her because I considered her a friend, this wasn't $100 job. This was $650. This was my it has affect it self esteem the way I take pictures and for someone to just not care or to constantly blame me or make me feel like I did something wrong when I was 100% understanding that mistakes happen but I got sick of being treated like I was doing something wrong, God bless her. You can see below any text messages and before after what my face used to look like as of today, I still have not received one dollar to go towards my removal or one dollar towards my refund. Now she's replying saying her refund policy is that people don't get refunds, but you could see in text messagesand so and that she said I was going to now she using her policy against me. read more

The woman who did my kids eyebrows (and mine) did and always does a great job! She's always friendly and kind. They took me as a walk in (the previous day) not realizing it was by appointment only. I appreciate that because I had covid eyebrows LOL They offer many services but my favorite is eyebrow threading. If I could give less stars, I probably would. I have been going to Hanin since she was working in the mall. I've never been late to an appointment and have previously waited for customers ahead of me when their appointment ran late and never complained. I had an appointment for 5:55 and was planning to go right after work. 30 minutes before the appointment, I called the salon saying that my tire is flat after getting out of work and cant make it on time and will try to get there 5 minutes after that because someone will drive me there. She said okay, but no more than 5 min. Because she has an appointment at 6:10. I understood and said I will try to get there. Called again because GPS said 6:08 would be my arrival and I didn't want to impact the next appointment. I was wondering if I could reschedule for the same day or whenever is best for her. She told me she'd cancel the appointment, charge me a fee, then reschedule. I asked if there was anything around the fee because I really did want to come. She said no, that I should've told her 2 hours prior. ??? How? If I knew my tire would be flat, I would've notified at that time. Poor customer service. read more

The only place in the Cleveland area where I'll get my eyebrows threaded. I'm used to Chicago and NYC that have good quality threading for a cheap price. It's a little more expensive here, but it's still cheaper than other places in the area, and they are fast, too. Other local places are good but super expensive or about the same price but super slow. read more

I booked my appointment but never received any confirmation. I called the next day to make sure that I actually had an appointment but I didn't get an answer so I left a message figuring I'd get a call back. I did not. The next day I called again just trying to confirm my appointment and I spoke to someone who told me that I would not be able to come that day. They were very nice in rescheduling me but this kinda defeats the purpose of online booking. My new appointment was scheduled for 4pm and I arrived at about 3:58pm. I was checked in and told that she would be with me in a minute. By 4:15pm, I was still waiting. At 4:25pm I asked if everything was ok. When I was finally taken into the back, it was 4:45pm. Hanin was very apologetic about the wait and ended up doing my underarm wax at no charge which was nice. I just wasn't sure why I was waiting for so long. I also noticed that both my Brazilian and my underarm was didn't last as long as other places I've gone to. The salon is cute and very clean and the prices are the same as other places I've been to. The salon also offers threading and micro blading and they do an excellent job on both. read more

Hanin is an excellent, knowledgeable aesthetician, and super great at what she does. She was able to fit me in within 48 hours of calling, and finished a full Brazilian quickly and with minimal pain. I've been to lots of sugaring places, and Hanin did the best job, by far. She was also able to fit me in for a threading too. My brows look great, and I have no bikini line irritation. MAKE SURE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT A YEAR IN ADVANCE. While they do great work, their hours of operation are not what is listed on google or their answering machine. Their has been times where I have showed up at 10am (when google and they said they're open) and nobody was there. I even waited in my car for 45 minutes to see if somebody would come. Today 8/21/18 I've been calling since 10am to get an appointment and no answer. I ended up driving there around 11:30am and nobody is here! Money is not their main priority so they will show up whenever they want. Make sure to have your appointments way in advance. read more
