The staff at S&B have been so good with him. They understand his breed, know how to handle his energy level, and genuinely seem to enjoy having him there. Finding a daycare that works for a high-energy dog isn't always easy, so I really appreciate how great S&B has been with Frank. He's clearly a fan, too!

She tried to over charge by putting a $15 late fee on my bill and charged me $10 extra for matting which was never explained up front. not that grooming is cheap, as it is!! I am NOT happy!!! Customer service needs work, not a friendly environment! My dog is traumatized and mopeing around. Not sure how they handle the dogs when they groom them! We won't be back!! Made me feel better as I was leaving. They got my cat done first, because he was being a little scared and nervous so that made me feel better. I dropped him off at 7:45 am and I was taking him home by 9:30 am! I was very surprised and happy on how fast and well everything went! Picking him up went smoothly and he has been healing very well, which is something i was nervous about! They called me the day after to make sure he was eating, drinking, and healing well! Our cat recently had teeth pulled @ all creatures. At the time the teeth were infected. Pick up…read morethe cat and was told everything looked good. No antibiotics were given. Infection got worse. Now, the cat is in heart failure due to endocarditis. It strikes me that, antibiotics are given to humans prior to dental work just for this reason. Why would you not do that for animals. I wonder now if a DVM was even involved in this procedure. I would not recommend this establishment bases what has transpired in this case. Today I have to put this animal down. BTW, this cat is 18 years old.

They came home with kennel cough. When we picked them up they were coughing and wheezing and hacking. We knew instantly something was wrong. The employees at Gracies place said nothing. Having never experienced kennel cough before I did not know what was wrong with them. I brought them to the vet and she confirmed our suspicions. My dogs had contracted kennel cough at Gracies place. They knew they had boarded dogs with kennel cough they said nothing. They gave no notice to us. Provided us with no information that they were exposed to kennel cough even after hearing them hacking and coughing and wheezing when we picked them up. I called to let them know that they had an extremely contagious disease at their location. They said that they knew. They offered no credit towards our boarding with them and no compensation for the $240 vet bill.Even though my dogs got sick hear it appeared to be a new facility.

The kind woman on the phone said they do not take kittens but would be happy to help if Alicia the groomer consented. She did, so I brought my kitten mango in. Not only were they so gentle and kind, they made sure to get to know mango and my's backstories. I even heard the groomer make it a point to meet the parents of other dogs she has just groomed to ensure she was 100% happy. I was nervous mango wouldn't like it, but she was so calm and sweet with them. I expected to pay about $20.... but nope! FREE OF CHARGE because all they wanted was for mango to get home okay. Got them home and my golden retriever has matts behind both ears that weren't brought to my attention by them or weren't taken care of by their groomers. You'd think if while bathing and brushing out a dog you find matted fur you'd talk with the owner or you'd work out the matted hair before sending them home. Have brought my girls her many many times and service has gone way down hill the last 3 times they've gone so likely will be looking for a new groomer. Service quality is going down but their prices sure aren't! $140+ for a basic bath package with low shed added for 2 medium/large dogs is getting too high for the quality office the service!
