Delivery service is awful. I ordered flowers for delivery 2 days in advance and they still have not been delivered as of the afternoon on the delivery date. That and when I called some lady answered but with a very annoyed tone for some reason. I won't do business here again ever. If I could give no star rating I would. read more

Our family friend's birthday is Jan. 1st! And given that this day is a holiday getting flowers delivered on her birthday was a pipe dream at best! As a military family and stationed away from my parents/family and friends, I will not get to spend Mother's Day with my mom so I wanted to send her flowers for her special day. Top Florists was offering a 20 percent off special when I placed my order, which took off $12 of my $60 order. I got a phone call from Top Florist and was told that the promotion was only for April deliveries and not May deliveries (I place my order in April 24th for delivery of May 9th). This information was not stated on their website at order time. She told me she could not honor the promotion though my card was already charged. I told her to completely cancel my order and she was she said "ok, will do bye!" What company wants to lose 80 percent of a sale over $10?! His demos didn't look nicely set up to make me want to buy from there but Their taste still didn't stop me from asking questions. Ordered flowers for Mothers Day for my mother in law and she never got them. I called Florist and they were extremely unhelpful, unorganized and rude. He kept telling me my order did not exist in his computer system, yet when I log into his website www.topflorist.net, my order appears there on my computer. The only good news is I have not been charged for the flowers thus far, but I would really have rather paid and had her flowers delivered as now she got nothing on Mothers Day. :( He called me and left me a voice mail saying that I never ordered flowers from him and that if I called him again, he would call his attorney!!!!! So disappointed today in this company. I paid to have my flower arrangement upgraded from a $60 arrangement to a $90 ($102 with delivery fee and taxes included) arrangement as the picture showed it was to be a very large and full arrangement. When I received the picture of it after delivery, I could not believe my eyes!!! The arrangement looked even smaller than the original $60 arrangement and I received nothing but RUDE attitude when I called and asked why my arrangement was so small and bare!! The lady that claims she made my arrangement with "Larger flowers" talked over me and told me she had been doing this for years and that the description on the bouquet I bought says how many roses and lilies I would receive DESPITE THE PICTURE LOOKING NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS RECEIVED. I asked for at lease a partial refund and was completely denied anything except for if I wanted her to remake it she would, but that the arrangement would only look good from the front because she would have to leave it empty in the back. Makes no sense whatsoever!! I will NEVER use this florist again, I am so disappointed in how I was mistreated, mislead and quite frankly, robbed of my $100!! I genuinely believe Top Florist is a premier floral store. I'm pretty sure they're a family run business. I have purchased numerous arrangements from them, and not once was I dissatisfied. Whether I buy a plant, doll, floral arrangement or whether I go in to purchase or have it delivered, I am always extremely satisfied. The owners are very sweet and helpful and also often give discounts. They often even will give you a free rose for just coming in; of course only to ladies though, numerous times they have given my wife a free rose for coming in, but never to me though :(. Just cause I'm a guy doesn't mean I don't want a free rose. But anyway back to my point, this place is great and I highly recommend it. My only comment though is that sometimes on their electric sign they have, it has some grammatical errors but that is literally the only off putting thing I have ever seen when it comes to this company. We had two deaths in the family last week. Mother and daughter. We went to Top Florist for a flower arrangement for the family. It was to be delivered in another state. We paid $200. I told the owner how important this was and why. We choose a beautiful arrangement in a vase with roses etc. What was delivered added to our grief. I could have gone to Walmart for a $5 vase and "purple daisy's". The whole arrangement could have cost over $30. There is absolutely no excuse for this. read more
