The dog training itself was disappointing and did not produce the results we were promised. Communication became increasingly unprofessional, and I ultimately became uncomfortable with the personal boundaries and interactions that occurred outside the scope of dog training services. There were also behaviors and conversations involving my family that I felt were inappropriate and concerning. Because of this, we decided to discontinue services. If you are considering this company, I strongly recommend keeping interactions strictly professional and documenting all agreements and communications clearly.

She is so skittish, it takes weeks to introduce anything new. she was also matted to the skin. it took us a month of desensitizing to be able to groom her.. It got to the point where they forgot to do one of my dog's vaccines (charged me for it twice also I'm still disputing it with CareCredit) and did not give me the proper aftercare or instructions for an ear infection. They had the audacity to ask me to come back in for a a recheck but I'm not paying them for another exam due to their negligence. Mistakes happen, but I'll be seeing a new vet for my dog.
