My favorite boutique!! I cam always find a cute outfit for any occasion in this store. They also have great shoes!!

Needed a dress for graduation. Daughter bought dress thinking it would fit according to size. Got it home and dress wouldn't fit. Went back next day and store would not give refund. Only wanted to give store credit instead. Only problem is they don't have anything else I like. Tried to get manager to make an exception seeing as I need a dress for graduation and don't have the extra money to buy another dress from somewhere else without the refund. Even with receipt and tags still on dress, they will not work with customers. Poor customer service. Will not do further business with this store. Buyer beware. Asked to speak directly with manager and was refused multiple times. read more

Wanted to like this store and tried it a couple times. First, the no return policy......they don't mention that up front....it is on the bottom of your receipt but who would notice because what store doesn't do returns?! I always buy things and take home to try on. You better not at this store. They will NOT returns! And are quite rude about it! So, ok, giving it a second try. Girl was so beyond rude I should have called the owner but didn't. Regret that I didn't. Wanted a top that was coming to the store in the next week. I asked if they would call me when came in and She said they did not do that. NO customer service!! Last try, helpful girl, I tried on shoe, loved it she could not get from other store but was ordering my size from the company and SHE said she would call me (I guess policy here changes with the employees whims). So I wait 2 weeks and nothing. I ordered the shoe from Nordstroms...a $200 sale they lost. Still have not heard a word. Has been 4 weeks. I can live without the aggravation of this store! read more

My family had been telling me how great the boutiques are around this area, so we decided to give it a shot! I left with two things- a jumpsuit and a T Shirt that says "My Y'all is Authentic". Everything in this shop is so cute! If I had it my way I would have left with so much more but we were in a time crunch because of our flight. I couldn't help but take a peek at the previous reviews on here, I was wondering why they ranked a one-star average... Let me just say, there is a sign front and center about their return policy and it is hard to miss. The service here was so good, I was attended to almost the whole time I was in the store looking around- a fitting room was arranged for me the moment I picked up a shirt so everything was ready for me to try on. If you'll notice, the previous reviewer (first to review) created an account just to make this place look bad. It was undeserved, as many retail businesses have a policy that is similar to this one. read more

Went from having a wonderful experience on Wednesday evening with a very kind employee to choosing to never setting foot in this store again. My wife bought 7 items and tried on everything but one shirt under the assumption that it would fit like the others. When We returned to the hotel, it did not fit and planned to return it in the morning. I was already planning to return to the store before I left Rome, as I was going to buy a men's shirt and pair of shorts if they were available and delivered from the store in Calhoun. We were notified in the morning that the sizes were not available, but I returned around 3p to return the top. At that point, I was told that full refunds are not available nor are they possible through the cash registers. I let them know that we live out of town and bought everything that we possibly could (sizes were not available in anything else). There was no notification prior to purchase that full refunds are not available. It was stapled on the back of the receipt after purchase, which was at the bottom of our bag. The manager let us know repeatedly that it is company policy and not even possible to do in the registers. She was rude and said that she cannot process refunds because she has to keep her doors open. Now my wife is left with a shirt that she will never wear and $$$ down the drain. You have lost our business permanently! read more
