When they first opened, they were great. But it's been consistently getting worse over the last year or so, not sure what changed. I read where they changed ownership, maybe that's it? But specifically, the gates to get in are frequently not reading the tags properly and somebody has to come out and put it in for you manually. The car wash itself seems like it doesn't get things as clean as it used to (and I'm there usually once or twice a week - so it's not like my cars or trucks are ever super dirty). The tire shine doesn't shine the tires like they used to even though it's part of the package. Most annoyingly, the spray bottles went from being great to the cheapest I think they make - and it's typically filled with what looks to be water with a splash of Cleaner. Couple that with the fact that their towels are always completely soaking wet, or they're out of towels. Last but at least at least two or three of the vacuums have almost no suction. So it seems like there are a lot of little things that could be improved or easily fixed, that is just not being addressed and it's making the overall experience deteriorate each time. My phone died and I did not have my membership scan, so [[HIGHLIGHT]]the two young men working helped me. Ownership @ Canton, GA location does not care about their operation. For over a month now, 2 large vertical brushes are inoperable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have called, emailed & nothing done.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have 2 memberships & feel my vehicles are not being fully cleaned. I paid $55 2 Dream car wash on CRV today and it need it. The top of car and under the handle it look like they miss washing it. And I told the man he like rewash it.told me next time get upper packages. I told him I should not have to pay for this and upper packages. read more

I requested by email to reduce my package. waited a month. no responce. i then requested to cancel entirely. i went in to get my car washed figuring i still had a few days left on my month to find out the system recognized me as cancelled, but i had to pay another $20 at the gate because somebody was blocking me in so i couldn't back out. They then proceeded to charge me ANOTHER $30 even though i was functionally cancelled in their system. I spent 35 minutes on the phone with my bank. they refunded me both charges. do not do business with this company. read more

notice to all high line car owners. i had brand new 20"s custom wheels on my new 2025 z. the kid at the start said the rails won't damage my wheels. well.... it put 2 nick's in each driver side wheels. Since they took over from the last owners, we have seen a big increase in equipment breaking down. They have been closed for as much as a week at a time to recently as today, day 2 closed for "electrical issues" . This doesnt even include last week's closures. Yes, things happen in business that are unexpected, but with all the closed days and we are monthly members, we do expect some sort of announcements in an email , texts, and finally a reimbursement with maybe an upgrade wash or something for our lost paid for in advance service that we did not get. But sorry you loose... we cancelled our monthly payments, along with 2 other customers behind us today. Customer service on our hard-earned money is everything! We have moved on to another monthly wash facility who upgraded us just today for coming by and chatting with them. read more

I have been a member since they opened and the wash has continued on a down hill spiral. As of yesterday, I counted three brushes not spinning, and pretty much on every visit one of the blower motors is out of service. The board with lights at the beginning of the wash that displays the level of service they are providing has been completely dark for several months. Yesterday I saw that it was working for the car in front of me but it did not illuminate the extreme tier when I started in the wash. I mentioned this to the tunnel attendant and he blew it off an said the board was not working, although I had just witnessed it working moments before. SInce this store opened they have had problems with the front gate not synching the service each car paid for. Come on guys, get your stuff together. read more
