This location damaged my Tesla and the general manager denied my claim and will not send me the "proof" that it was "preexisting" when I arrived. He hung up on me when I asked for the photo evidence to be emailed to me. He is unhelpful and unprofessional and rude. Zero stars. read more

I've been a yearly member since they opened. Never had any issues here. Couple of things that would improve the wash. Figure out a way to clean the tailgate and the top of the windshield. Figure out a way to prevent people from destroying the vacuum cleaners,air hoses and Bathroom. I drive a lot and have been to many Mister Car Washes. This one is my favorite. My car gets cleaned, the place is always kept clean and the staff is always nice. You can tell management really takes pride in their job. I see some reviews about damage. I've been around the wash industry before. Dozens of your same exact make/model go through the same exact wash daily and don't get damaged.. if something breaks, chances are it was pre-existing whether you knew it or not. Well, I gave one star simply due to the fact that they ask for a tip! And an actual human is at the machine that you swipe your card. The human asked if I wanted to tip. I literally asked her, "Tip for what?!??" I should be tipping myself! They don't perform any service!!! I vacuumed my car myself, and the machine propels your car through the car wash. After paying $16 for a car wash. I was ABSOLUTELY surprised that I was asked about leaving a tip. Since this was my first visit, I was expecting some tip worthy interactions! NOPE!! The lady that asked for the tip checked me in....Then someone guided me onto the roller... Then that was it! I didn't see another employee around. I wasn't aware that towels were NOT provided. I attempted to purchase a towel from the vending machine but the machine wouldn't dispense the towels! The one star is for the vacuum.. it worked great! Everything else was meh! Just wanted a quick wash to get the pollen and dust off my car. I was asked if I wanted to tip ? For what ? You putting my debit card in. I declined and watched as the 5 cars in front of me pulled to the tunnel. If you tip they spray the front grill, your front and rear windows, if you don't tip you get a sprinkle on the front and rear windshield. I guess I'll start driving down to Sixes Rd. Employees seem kinda lazy. As a convenience factor concept is good. I'd rather support hwy 20 spa as they really take care of you and the vehicle for virtually the deluxe price of Mister car wash. Happy with car wash until they installed high pressure spray towards end of wash that blew through the seal of my sunroof on a new 2021 Rav4.  When mention what it does, was told there is nothing they can do.  Canceled both memberships. read more

I've always had a good experience at the car wash. I think an item that could be improved on is upon exit it is hard to see the curb and it's easy to turn to quick and grind a wheel. If they could put a flag or something to show where the curve is it would be very helpful. read more

I am saddened and disturbed that this company continues to take over independent car washes. When independently owned, the car wash is thriving and offers good service. After the takeover, these guys destroy it. They do not offer towels and sprays to clean your car. If they do offer, they make you pay for it. The car mat machines are deactivated and not repaired. They just don't wanna deal with it. No customer service. All about profit. Stay away. This company does not know how to please customers. read more

I've never have been so disappointed I had a subscription there for a couple months until I took my car through the car wash and it literally tore the plastic off the top off of my car. It's a 2017 Land Rover it's not an old car so for something like this was so bizarre to me. I went in the next day to speak to the manager there to fill out a claim he said I would just have to take it to Land Rover to get an estimate to fix what clearly the car wash damaged. The estimate was over $1000 dollars to get it fixed! I took it the paper they had gave me to the car wash and he said it would take a couple days to review it and for them to view the cameras to see what exactly happened. He CONFIRMED that the car wash was what caused the incident! But then later on when I went back to see when I would be able to take my car to get fixed he said that HE HAD DENIED my claim because it was a "lose plastic" completely contradicting what he said before! I told him this was ridiculous and he said I could file for an appeal which I have done and still have not received a response! AWFUl EXPERIENCE you need to hire better management! I would rate this place 0/5 stars if I could. I have been coming here for years, but will NEVER be coming back. Mechanics just sat around & wouldn't come talk to me to even start my oil change. Decided to just go through the car wash & it left SOAP ALL OVER MY MOM'S CAR, WTF!? Don't come here unless you want your car soapy & no service. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!! Their machine busted my windshield while I was in the car wash and refused to help with costs. Their employees called me a liar stating they viewed footage and I never went through there when I in fact I have pics from inside it. The regional manager, Johnathan, was very rude and said it was a rock chip. A "rock chip" that come from inside your facility and busted my windshield all the way across. Ever since the new owners took over the business it has gone downhill. No more towels or cleaning bottles available , the carpet machine is always out of order. The new people don't bother to spray or broom the car and the area is dirty. We have been members since it originally opened and disappointed. The car is normally clean after going through the carwash sometimes better than other times. We continue with our contract because of the location and keeping g our cars clean. read more
