However, i feel I should caution you to purchase their "30-day wash program" No one will tell you, but check your bank account if you use credit, or debit. If I could leave 0 Stars I would. I ended up not even getting car wash services performed here because of the car wash entry customer service woman. She was not pleasant upon greeting me & told me she couldn't allow my car to go through the car wash because there was a slight dent in my door jam. I've taken my car through many car washes and never had a problem. She was just pretty much all the way around rude. I let her know about the fact that I've never had issues with other car washes and she said okay then & proceeded to asked me to pull forward. I asked her before I entered the car wash if they offer interior cleaning and she's like yeah, we do, here's the price and just pointed at it and I was like wow that is a bit much for my taste and she's like okay then just shrugged her shoulders & walked away. I went about a week ago and I wasn't really pleased with my service. I picked the top package along with the interior cleaning. When I received my car back everything looked okay until I really had a chance to inspect it. My car was NOT 100% detailed properly on the inside and I found a couple of items were missing from my car. I had a similar issue before a couple of years back and decided to Mr Clean another chance but unfortunately nothing has changed. I rather save my money and clean my myself. read more

My one visit to the newly re-opened Canton location and a lighter gets left in my bin under the radio (hint: we don't smoke or use the small Bic lighters) and I can't decide if this is more mind-blowing or not, but the entire dash and cluster wasn't wiped down. The thing a customer is going to see the most of and through the shiny clean glass, all I see is dust. This is after the new management offered to have me come back after one or two bad experiences with the previous management. We'll make it right, they said. I told him of my past experience and he made sure I got one of the top guys their that would take care of my truck. He introduced me the Anthony and what a delight he is for this company. This use to be the best place in the area for a car wash. I am not sure if ownership changed or what, but it has gone downhill. $25 for a "platinum" car wash that is simply a drive through and done. No interior vacuum, no drying it off with a towel. Nothing. My car still has soap suds on it after the drive through and I was told I could use the self service area dry it off or to vacuum it myself. The vacuums were barely sucking and a several didn't work at all. Very disappointed. Be prepared to spend $50 for a basic car wash and interior vacuum. Otherwise bring your own towel to dry your car or better yet save $25 and just go to chevron. read more

I really want to like this place. Everyone is friendly and appears hard at work. But the three times I've come they completely forget to clean something. And then when they go back to "fix it" they do a subpar job. It's really annoying to expect a job well done for a $59 car wash and then to get in the car and they haven't wiped the dash and console down, at all. The carpets still have stuff on them, and they can't seem to ever wipe out cup holders, door cubbies or center console cubbies efficiently. Really just want to get a clean car for $59. read more

Love this place. The plans are cheap and pay for themselves. They always pressure wash the dirt off vehicles before they go into the brushes which helps minimize any type of paint swirling. The towels are always ready and dry and the vacuums have good power. read more

The outside employees are beyond helpful - all of the ones I encountered from my drive up to my drive out (i would give them 5 stars for sure) but the ones inside the little waiting area are not (hence the 3 stars). I walked in nobody said a word. Every person after me got a greeting of some sort. I walked to the counter to check out and again nobody said a word, but those checking out after me (I sat inside to observe) all were promptly checked out and even asked additional questions. My wash was good as my truck needed the debris of winter washed away. I did find some water spots once I pulled away and a wet towel inside of my truck which I was not happy about so decent but worth $29 I'm not so sure. read more

I visited Mr. Clean in Canton on June 6, 2020 to have my truck buffed and waxed. The Manager on duty and I walked around the truck so I could point out the scuffs that a good buffing should take out. He agreed with my expectations, and remarked on how clean my Pickup was. He asked if I'd been cheating on him, visiting another tunnel wash. I told him that I'd had bad luck there before, but was willing to give them another chance. It was driven into their bay, and I took a seat in the lobby. The only seat available was just a few feet from the truck, so I had a view of the entire process. The buffing and wax job was a $59 disaster. I watched the orbital buffer being used with one hand, rather than two by a guy that couldn't reach the top of the truck. He was standing on the step rails struggling to reach the entire truck. It was then being polished with a cloth by a woman that also was unable to reach even the center of the hood. The whole job was just a waste of time and money, and was not completed. It should be noted that the truck is a factory standard, two wheel drive, Toyota. It's not a raised, oversized vehicle. I went out to ask them if they were just applying a primer of some sort. I was told that actually, they had just finished, and were getting ready to pull it out for delivery to me. I told the young man not to pull it out, and turned around to find the manager. At that point, the man that had been buffing the truck became aggressive. He threw his towel, and in a loud voice, said "I knew this was going to be a fu@king big deal!" I told the manager what the man had said and that I was upset. I explained that not only, was the job poorly done, but that I expected it to be corrected. The manager said that the job was done properly and that if I wished, he could show me on their cameras that the entire truck had been properly waxed and buffed. I asked him to go ahead and show me, but he refused. I watched the entire process which took less than 10 minutes. The manager was in another area supervising the personnel that dry and finish their wash jobs. Even though he argued with me that the nob was properly done, he refused to look it over with me, and said that he couldn't be responsible for his employee's language and aggressive behavior. I paid them and left. For the first time in my life, I did so with the feeling that at any moment, I could have been physically attacked. This is one of the most poorly managed businesses that I have ever encountered. I would never return under any circumstances. In my opinion this business is both ineffective and unsafe. read more

I don't typically leave bad reviews but this was the most disappointing car wash I've ever gotten. I paid $45 because that's the cheapest wash that included wiping down the interior. When I got in my car the windshield was still dirty, bug guts still on the plastic part of my side mirrors, water spots on the windows, back seat did not appear to be vacuumed, inside door panels were not wiped down. My car was not even that dirty to begin with. I asked the young man to take care of these things and left irritated and keep finding more that should have been cleaned. Very disappointed! read more

I thought I was impressed after the older gentleman spent at least 45 minutes cleaning the interior of my car and then I got it home and realized it only half of the interior my car was clean. They only did the front seat Driver side and backseat driver side and that was it. The passenger size were completely untouched except for the floor mat and the back rear of my SUV was not touched at all. I will say that I was happy that they refunded me completely but I will never take my car back there again. I should've known better after the first time I took my car to another Mr. clean and spent over $300 and three hours to have my car completely detailed and my five-year-old could've done a better job but I thought I'd get them one more try. You go to the professionals for a car wash, you expect a professional job. If I wanted to stand over workers and make sure they do a good and complete job, I'd have my kids wash the car. Lousy job on windows inside, messy job on outside, with poor wipe down and spots still dirty. They never wipe the runners inside the door and over all lack attention to details. Got the wash with the oil change and am disappointed that you have to micro inspect the car just to get a decent job. Doesn't anybody teach these guys how to do a good job? Or maybe a QC check step should be implemented? Disappointing and I won't be back. Update- got in the car this afternoon in the bright sun and the front window honestly looks like they wiped it with the dirtiest rag possible. And even then only parts of it. Apparently Im a glutton for punishment. I gave Mr Clean another shot. Oddly enough there was no line on a Saturday morning so I pulled in. It had been a month since I got my car washed and while the exterior looked rough, I had minor cleaning on the interior. I was only in for 30 minutes. I paid the extra $5 for the dash cleaning and I figured the extra time was spent cleaning the interior. I go out to the car to see the drivers side door open. The door was not clean. The area where my coffee spilled was still there. I pointed this out to the team member and after he wiped the door, I asked for his rag and spray. I cleaned the door. I went to my passenger seat and and the door and seat were not cleaned either. It was a sunny day and if it was obvious to me several areas were missed, how did a trained person not see this? There was even something in the passenger side door pocket that still remained when I left. The $5 extra I paid for armor all on the dash was sloppy. It was on the inside windshield. You can see where it was not evenly spread on the wheel, dash and at the corners of the dash. I gave them another chance. $27 when I had to go home and clean my interior again. I pulled up about 20 minutes before they close and Michael (I'm assuming he's the manager) told me they don't want to do any more interior services because they're backed up at least and hour and a half I told them I really need it done (it's the whole reason I came here; if not I would have gone to the other car wash across the street). After a little back and forth, he relented and allowed me to go through saying sarcastically, "Thanks for your understanding." I pulled up and was second in line at my car port which put me ahead of some others that were already there. Next thing I know, Michael walks up to the guy who is supposed to service my car and instructs him that all of the other cars need to be completed before starting on mine. I have no problem waiting my turn; however, when a car pulls up thirty minutes later (yes, 10 minutes AFTER they closed) the crew got straight to work on that car while mine wasn't touched. In fact, the guy that was supposed to service my car started his closing duties because of what Michael told him! They only started working on my car when another worker questioned why mine wasn't started yet and he got to work on it and pulled my guy off his closing duty. That worker should have Michael's job. I get it, you're busy and I came in close to closing time. I have no problem waiting, but it was pretty vindictive of Michael to do that. I don't care if I came in 1 minute before closing, shouldn't I be able to expect full service as a valued customer?! I guess they just don't want the business. read more

I have been using theses guys for the last nine years and they have had some ups and downs. Recently, I feel the site leadership has gotten complacent. I see some employees really care about their work when cleaning the cars and others that do everything they can to avoid work. Today as I pulled up it was a little busy so my truck had to sit in the sun for a while no big deal. One of the guys did his job and cleaned the passenger side. The guy in the drivers side sat around looking at his phone and barely touched my vehicle. I typically sit outside and watch recently because the service has been so spotty. When the young man called for the what I guess to be leader to look it over he stuck his head inside for two seconds and proceeded to the office to call me. I told him the drivers side of my car had not been touched and showed him all the water spots and rims full of brake dust. He was apologetic and started wiping it down meanwhile the young man was nowhere to be found. Sure missed an opportunity to coach this young man. At the end of the day this is a leadership issue, and as a new car wash is weeks from opening down the street, a quick turn around is in order or the owners will certainly lose business to the new competition. I had taking my truck in for an oil change and wash. They did a good job at a fair price. However when I came home I noticed after a period of time oil spots all over my driveway. I took the truck back to ask him to take a look at it and retighten the drain plug. They did and the problem stopped. I wrote a review on yelp and the owner contacted me. They came out and pressure wash my driveway to get rid of the oil spots. For that and the service they provided as well as the quality I give them five stars. DO NOT GO HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! You can see I don't leave many reviews, good or bad. But after multiple disappointing visits I didn't want someone else to waste their money. When I pulled up I noticed the car wash wasn't running. Asked if it would be long, because I had groceries, was told "only a few minutes". Took 20 minutes. I understand sometimes things are out of your control, so I waited patiently, not why I'm writing this. Finally went through the wash. It didn't do a final rinse or air dry on my car when exiting. I got out to see how much soap was left on my car and was it worth me complaining. Not one car was in the detailing bay, but there was two employees standing there with towels in there hands. Told them what happened (it was obvious) he then told me I had to go back through. I guess he didn't know what that thing in his hand was for. Why in the F would I go back through, when it didn't do it the first time. Told him I wasn't going to do that and give me a towel and I'll do it myself. Now I'm pissed. I rarely ever complain, it's not worth it to me. But this business continues to disappoint. So I found a manager. After talking to Matt the manager her agreed that his employee was out of line and this was beyond poor customer service. Matt asked me to point out the employees. I did so reluctantly. This employee yelled at me from inside a car he was now cleaning, pointed his finger at me and said he wouldn't help me because I had a smart mouth. This turned into a brief shouting match, I was PISSED! Came here for a car wash not a confrontation or for this guy to act like my mother. What "smart" thing did I say? Asked the employee to dry my car (you know, his job) because the car wash didn't rinse or blow off my car. He told me I had to go back through. Remind you though it didn't do it the first time and obviously wasn't working properly and he was standing there with his buddy both holding drying towels! My car was damaged at Mr Clean (Canton). I called to let them know 5min after picking up my car (I was parked across the street making the call). I started with "I'm not asking for anything; repairs are already scheduled but please check your machine so this doesn't happen to somebody else" but instead of "Thanks, I'll check" Brian just argued that it couldn't have happened there (even though it most certainly did). I tried reaching out to their Facebook page instead but apparently Brian oversees that too. He asked me to bring the car by so I thought "okay, he's going to refund the cost of the wash at least" but no, he just wanted to argue in person. I brought my teenage daughter's Subaru in for a detail cleaning. The car was in really bad shape. The cream colored seats were really dirty and she even had spilled coke in the passenger door. They did a great job getting everything clean. Since it takes a while, I was able to spend some time chatting with the manager, Vincent. He's retired military and it was great to hear about his travels. He was consistent in going around to check on his employees to be sure they were doing a good job. read more

Just purchased the platinum wash only to find out after driving down the road that they failed to clean the most important thing, the windshield. Every time I go there, there's always some element that fails to get addressed. I'm really glad I did not opt for their monthly unlimited wash plan, although maybe that's how you get your car completely clean, two half ass jobs. Haven't been to this place in several months. I was in town and stopped by for a wash. It is ran by kids that didn't have a clue what was going on. They didn't even close my mirrors. I had to ask them to do so. The attendant didn't know anything about the washes they offer and there was no signage. My truck is standard and they started freaking out about the height. Some girl runs across the parking lot hollering woh, woh, woh to the attendant about a mini-van that about to go through the wash. It's obvious the management is a mess. I came back and edited this review because the men that cleaned my truck did an outstanding job and went the extra mile without asking. Hopefully Managment will train the attendants better read more

I will be the first to offer a tip for service.I have been going to this car wash since moving here early this year.Don't know why someone has to put your debit card into the machine except they try and get you to purchase the monthly plan. I was there today and got something new. after I declined the monthly plan the attendant asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Tip who, for what, there is no service here. Plenty of other options, For $20 bucks they could vacuum vehicle for you, plenty of other options. I will be going elsewhere. read more

I don't profess to be a mathematician. So you can DO THE MATH. Today I took both my car and truck for emissions testing. Each emissions test costs $19 and that included a free wash. I could have driven to another emission test site, within sight of Mr. Clean, and paid $22 for each test...not including a wash. I wouldn't recommend this car wash to anyone. My first trip was a 2 hour process and an incredibly bad job, so bad I had to wipe it down again when I got home. Saturday I had the entire family go and get 3 cars washed, same result, I spent all morning at the wash only to go home and wipe down all 3 vehicles again. Paid $191 for a detail and an oil change. The oil change was fine, but the detail looked like a regular wash with a poorly done vacuum job for twenty bucks. They smeared Armour All in the vehicle to cover up the dirt instead of cleaning it first, there were crumbs on the carpet and back of the suv, the AC vents were dirty, and quite a bit more too numerous to mention. When I first arrived there, I asked if all those things would be cleaned, or did I have to specify what I wanted cleaned, and they said everything would be thoroughly cleaned. When I came back to pick up the vehicle after the suv was there all day. I explained to the manager what they hadn't done. He told me he wasn't satisfied with it either, even before he gave me the vehicle. Instead he waited to see what I would think about the job first. I decided to try this out since it was closer to my house, as to my usual car wash in Alpharetta, and it was a waste of money. The price i paid for the same services than at my other car wash, was double and they didn't even have a bug wash before the wash, like my regular place does. Also, after the wash, there were guys to wipe your car for you. I actually prefer to wipe my own car because when they did, they did not wipe it fully. Some suds still remained on the mirrors and such as I pulled out. Also, not being able to wipe it myself, I was not able to fully wipe the interior of my car doors. Also, there was no free vacuums as all the other places I go to. I basically pulled out the lot disappointed that my car wasn't really clean, inside and outside. I'd rather make the drive out to Alpharetta for a better car wash. read more
