Located off of highway 501, we easily found this location. This is our first time at this location-- and the attendant was very helpful in explaining all the washes offered. We went with a simple wash and vacuum. Although it was hot, and we didn't feel like vacuuming this trip, so we didn't do that, but may try it eventually. Oh and one can become a member and washes can be cheaper. Eventually we may do that. Car wash was easy to navigate, as we were able to stay in the car, and go through. loved the staff inside that were making sure that every part was moving and working properly! I found Perfection Car Wash and Detailing thanks to Yelp and chose them because they offer a 100% hand wash and dry car wash. Most car washes use brushes which do nothing but, wreak havoc on your vehicle's paint. Causing scratches and swirl marks so I avoid most car washes like the plague. Upon arriving there was one SUV ahead of us and I watched as they meticulously and thoroughly cleaned it. I then knew that I had made the right choice. About 10 minutes later I pulled into the bay. I really appreciate the fact that I was able to stay in my vehicle in the air conditioning unto they needed to clean the interior. They even have a little sitting area in the shade for you to wait while they are cleaning your interior. I purchased "The Works" package for $25 as my Cayenne is consider a large vehicle which includes the following: Hand Wash Bug Remover Hand Dry Vacuum Floors Clean Windows Air Freshener Clean Rims and Tire Dressing Once they were finished I was completely blown away as they cleaned every nook and cranny of my Cayenne. The guys and girl did an amazing job. These guys know what they're doing and treat your baby like it's theirs. They will be the only car wash to ever touch my Cayenne whenever I'm in Myrtle Beach!

It has a 13'8" clearance so it was great for RVs, trucks, and boats. It was $5 for 9 min which was plenty of time for one high pressure soap pass, an initial rinse and a spot free rinse on my Ford Transit Class B RV. My rig is 23ft and it was easy to maneuver around. I get to the end and proceed to the vacuums which promptly fall to the ground in pieces. The other vacuums barely have suction due to items either trapped in the vacuum or maybe because the rest of the vacuum is duck taped and rusted..... There is never anyone to help with anything because they are paid hourly workers with no power no fix the obvious. I'm sure this also makes for a pleasant place to work every day. So no, I would not recommend giving this owner any money for this wash!

My husband and I were going to try the 1212 NMB location with our brand new Mustang on 3/20 at…read more~3PM. We drove up in the narrow one way lane to the gate attendant. Once we realized it was not touchless we politely told him we wanted to exit. He sternly told us to "Back out!" My husband asked if he "Was kidding?!" and the guy said "No, back up!" We asked him to just open the gate and let us drive forward to at least turn around or just drive around the wash and he declined. He said; "I'd have to walk over and open the back gate." Unfortunately, believing we were stuck, we attempted to comply with this surly attendant's demands backing out of the one-way tight curvy high-curbed entrance against the traffic flow with a sign we did not see while a large truck was adjacent in the other lane. We struck the corner of the metal sign that extends into the roadway thoughtlessly mounted in between the curb and our car in the road bed. Now I have a very bad and expensive scrape down the front fender of my brand new car thanks to allowing ourselves to be bullied into a bad situation by a lazy employee with a bad attitude. When confronted by my husband he apologized, but only because my husband was livid. Jason the manager later admitted to having hit that same sign himself earlier with his own Camaro, yet it is still located in such a hazardous way, especially if lazy belligerent employees demand you back up to leave the location. An awful experience. We filled out an incident report and so far no one has taken any responsibility.
