I have been here a few times and it's always fast although sometimes line is longer than others. They do a good job on hand wash and basic interior clean. They do offer other services as in the attached picture although I haven't used any beyond the basic In/Out. They are located on the corner so make sure you enter from Tebeau Street and exit onto State Street (Ossie Davis Pkwy). I pulled in the wrong way the first time because there are no signs and there were no other cars at the time.

So I just pull to the gate, waited a second and kept on going. Guess what, I can go to any LUV car wash in any state! Boooyaaah $22.99 a month. Great value. It paid for itself after 2 visits. Midnight's getting the most out of our membership. I noticed that the scrubbers are powerful. They flipped my mirrors backwards. I really thought they were broken. After pulling forward to the vacuums, another male customer explained that they're flexible that way. No need to be worried, it's normal. Just torn them in before I enter the wash. At this location, there's plenty of vacuums available. Both uncovered and conveyed. I like the covered because you can was your car and deep vacuum your baby even if it's sprinkling outside. I really like this location a lot. If you're in Savannah GA off Ogeechee and your ride needs some LUV; stop by this location. Open 8am to 8pm - 7 days a week.

I brought this to their attention, but they have refused to take responsibility or fix the damage. It's disappointing to see a business ignore an issue caused by their own equipment, especially when this appears to be a known problem. I would not recommend this location unless they address their equipment issues and take accountability for damage caused to customers' vehicles.

However, I was extremely disappointed that after I got my car washed, there were no towels at any of the bays closest to the one I was at. I went looking around trying to find someone to help and this guy was on his phone so I really wasn't sure he was an employee, but as I got closer, he just put his phone down and asked me if he could help me and I told him that there were no towels at any of the three bays that I just passed. He just pointed to one of the stalls that had towels. So after I got me a handful of towels, I went and dried and vacuumed my car. But once again, I was inconvenienced as one of the vacuums on the passenger side of my car did not work so I had to pull into another bay. I actually pulled into two more bays before I found a vacuum that worked. Oh, and none of the little air sprayer things worked in any of the stalls. They really need to fix their equipment and keep the bays equipped with towels and all things needed for a successful wash and dry. I will not be back to this Tidal Wave because nothing works. By the way, I noticed other people getting in their cars and driving to different bays because of the lack of working vacuums. Oh, and I went on a Wednesday at like 5 o'clock, so it was not busy at all, so no excuse for towels not being stocked.
