I'm a member here and it's a complete waste of time. Members only lane is always closed. Employees who come out to help customers having difficulty at the kiosk are in no hurry to move the line. I watched two employees come out to the kiosk eating while trying to converse with customers having problems. The cost is the cost but the value for what you get here is terrible. read more

Worst car was ever. Yes I drive a Jeep but the didn't even touch the front of the jeep. The kid took my $24.00 didn't day anything about the bullbar that it won't touch the front or I would have gone somewhere else. Will be sending pics to my bank and disputing the charges. We keep a vehicle at our second home that doesn't get used daily. It is older and can get really dirty between washes. Whenever we need to take it to a car wash we use this one. It is convenient and the people are extremely nice and helpful. They sometimes let us go through a second time free of charge and it is much appreciated. We also like the glass and other cleaners available to use. We recommend this place highly. read more

I was happy to drive through and have my car washed in a timely manner. Staff were friendly, and the parking light was clean. There were ample windshield and all purpose sprays, along with mesh cloths available. The vacuum suction was strong, and the Carwash was spacious. I recommend this carwash. Hours are posted incorrectly or not enforced consistently. I've shown up well before closing multiple times and still been told I couldn't enter. This has happened more than once, which is frustrating. If there's a cutoff time for entry, it needs to be clearly communicated. read more

It broke the clips on our bug shield and damaged the bug shield, we ended up having to replace the bug shield. We stopped in and told the young guy about the damage and he said, sometimes things like that happen. Just beware nothing will be done if your vehicle gets damaged. read more

Excellent customer service and explained all the different options and services. Car wash was extremely effective. Staff were accommodating and scrubbed the bugs off my car. Vacuum worked very well. The dash and glass cleaners provided and well as the cloth's worked perfectly! read more

We went through the car wash twice and it didn't even wash my car! Soap still on the windshield from the first guy who soap mopped at the beginning. Soap was still on the windshield when we went out of the wash and around to the guy we paid. They sent us through again but no wash again. It was like the system didn't recognize a car inside the wash area. My car came to a complete stop 3/4 of the way through the second time and I had to put my vehicle in drive and drive out. No dryer came on either time. Asked for my money back and they said there was "No Manager" there to credit my card back until the next morning.. smh read more

before you pay, make sure that all of the brushes are working. I went through with my car and the top brush was not working, so my hood and the top of my car were still dirty. I spoke to an employee inside and they said sorry our top brush is broken. No refund offered... I had to take my car home and hood top and back. read more

Even though my monthly plan goes out automatically every time I go to the members line, it's still showing that I'm not active. They see my car, they know my name. But it says it, I don't have an account. This is the third time and 3 months that they're saying my payment, don't go through and I showed them the are my Cash App, then it does go through for 3750 on the 4th of every month. So yeah, half the time their vacuum doesn't work. When you do get your car clean? The only way it gets clean is if you go through a second time which they do let you do, but you usually do have to go through twice. And my car is not even usually that dirty. But the only reason why I do keep going there was because of the pricing, but yeah. There's two new car washes, it's the ruble, so i'm gonna give those a try if anybody knows of the two new ones that just got here if they're good or not just let me know, because I am not going back to whistle car wash read more

3 people sprayed and scrubbed our Jeep before we entered the car wash. The car wash was quick and efficient. The vacuum is powerful and picks up hair as well. People are not friendly but you get your quality car wash. I would post video, but for some reason, can't. read more

I have taken my truck there many times, but no more. I paid $25 for manager's special. That includes wash, ceramic shine and tire shine among other things. Did not wash off bird droppings, and wax went on top of the droppings. Never have my tires and wheels been cleaned or shined. Won't go their again. Would rather wash my truck at home. I highly recommend this car wash. The manager met me at the entrance, even pushed the buttons for me, was very friendly and wished me a good day. The man inside did a great job with the preparation and the brush on the windshield and sides. Contrary to some snarky comments the staff was excellent. Did the Zip's thing for both our vehicles for many years..completely broke off my folded in mirror twice and also ripped the mini antenna off the vehicle also two times...Don't even bother to try to contact them...They just blew it off!!! Asked for pre-rinse and only one side was done. We paid $30 for the wash and the wash was highly unimpressive. The wash cleaner used was squirt on our truck like an almost empty bottle of ketchup, and the brushes beat the life out of the vehicle. To top it off, there was soap all over our truck, to the point that my husband had to pull over and wipe it off, before it dried onto the truck. I do not recommend this car wash at all. read more

For $12, my truck came out looking brand new! It was apparently a landing zone for a bunch of birds while parked at the hotel in Gatlinburg. Visited car wash today. Have a monthly membership. They provide an easy pass for your windshield. Pulled into easy pass lane two and it would not read my membership. This has happened before. I had to back up and pull into lane one easy pass. When I did this I scraped the side of my truck door handle on the sign between the easy pass lanes. I realized I had grazed the sign but did not think there was any damage. When leaving car wash manager asked me to wait as he had called the police. He said I had damaged his sign which cost 1700 dollars and he wanted a police report. I explained that his easy pass in lane two was not working and that is why I was forced to change lanes. I walked to the sign which had a one inch scratch on the side. Pictures were taken to confirm. Again I asked manager who refused to give me his name if he understood that I had to change lanes because his equipment was not working. He said he did not care. Police Office arrived and was shocked that it was not me making the complaint for the scratch on my door. I just stood in shock at this. I am a local resident and am saddened that this is how a business feels they must act. Could we have not resolved this without the police? Perhaps the owners of this business should spend a minute with the manager and provide him with training on how to deal with customers. Needless to say cancelled my full price membership. Mr Manager: was that worth loosing a full pay monthly local customer? read more
