I heard that Harper auto wash was supposed to be I just spent $70 for a terrible inside cleaning of my car. They did not do half of it didn't even touch the back hatch area with a vacuum or do any windows or wipe anything down at first glance, the front part of the car nice. I never dreamed that I would up the back hatch to find it filthy and not even touched. I do not recommend wasting your money there. read more

From out of town - read the reviews and choose this car wash because it appeared to have the best reviews of the car wash's in the area. Got the "Revive" wash - which was supposed to be one of their premium washes. My Toyota Tundra was a little dirtier than normal from recent rains and some light mud thrown around by my tires - NOTHING HEAVY - I have never taken the truck off-road. After the wash, the outer edge of tires and wheel wells were still dirty- apparently unwashed. Very disappointing valve. Would not recommend. read more

I really liked that they had an offer for a free wash so I could try this car wash. I've had a hard time finding somewhere in this area that I feel safe driving my new car through that also does a good job getting it clean. So many places leave a ton of soap on my car, don't fully clean the windshield, etc. I appreciated that they actually had clean dry microfiber towels to use myself after the wash. The vacuum was also strong and effective. While going through an automatic wash is maybe not ever a great option for a car, I can't stand a dirty vehicle. I also don't have the ability to wash my car myself so for me, this is a good option. I liked that there were a variety of plans you could choose for subscription- inside/outside or just the outside. You can also purchase a single wash. I thought the plans were a great value, especially compared to the prices at subpar washes. read more

Harper is a favored enterprise. However, the Alcoa Hwy location consistently fails. The most recent interior reboot was best described as awful. The seat bottom and bolster interface was not vacuumed and full of debris at all seats. The floor mats were not remove for cleaning and vacuum. Floor mats were wiped in place and vacuumed around so debris all around mat perimeter under the lip of mat. Attendant too busy looking around to see what other attendants doing and see who is watching them and checking phone. Can't charge filet prices and serve sirloin. read more

I received a voucher for 3 months free to Harper Auto Wash after purchasing my vehicle, and was excited to use the service. I assumed that the service would be to the level of the dealerships and that I'd be continuing the subscription after my voucher expired. Unfortunately, the quality varies so much from wash to wash that I'm not going to be extending my subscription. Sometimes, the exterior and interior were both great, while others the quality was lacking and there were several missed spots. The wash never seemed to be able to clean my wheels. I'm sure that this car wash works well for some, but at the price point I can't justify only getting a quality wash every 3-4 visits. read more

I Natalie Vandagriff have been with Harper car wash since 12/16/22 and I was very disappointed with the car wash in Alcoa today. I tookc my car through the wash and pulled in to have the inside clean and I was called into the office by young girl, so she informed me that I didn't have a membership that covered cleaning the inside. I told her yes I did that I had been to the Bearden store. She also told me that they were trying to stop people from getting free stuff done. I didn't take that very lightly, because I don't steal anything from anyone. So with that being said, I left the Aloca store and to the Bearden store to get my car cleaned on the inside. First time customer. It won't be my last visit. I had a little trouble with the kiosk and a staff member came over to help me out. The exterior wash is great, but where this location really stood out was the interior work done..... I spend a lot of time in my car,and there were crumbs, etc in my cup holders. Also, I have a border collie who goes just about everywhere with me (she was with me at the car wash today) so there is fur. Lots of fur. There was a large, clean waiting area with snacks and drinks to sit while they cleaned my car. And it was a group project. My car was beautiful when they finished. I'm not sure how they did it, but every speck of fur was gone. They even cleaned the drain channels on the trunk, the gas and brake pedals. If it was in my car it got cleaned. This used to be my go to car wash service was always fantastic but that all changed when the management did the past few times I come here the service and attention to detail just continues to go down hill. I come here because I don't have time today regularly vacuum out and clean my interior so it is a great value in my eyes but I don't understand how this location is still operating in such a poor manor after getting my vehicle washed they spent five minutes wiping down my windows and said I was done while other vehicles in front of me where still being cleaned the lack of work ethic and quality had seriously went down hill since the other manager went to a new location. read more

We paid $42, $22 for the rejuvenate in an additional 20 for new interior clean. My interior is still dirty. The cupholders still have dust in them, the floorboards still have sticky stuff and dirt inside them, underneath the seat, still had receipts, and my door frame still has dirt and scuff marks all over it. Waste of time, glad I didn't pay. I was given a wash coupon from Harper VW. It think it said a forty something dollar value? Wash and interior reboot? After going through the wash area, my car moved to the indoor finishing area and I waited in the waiting room. After a brief wait I was told it was ready. Car was spotted and still covered in bugs on windshield, hood, grill, side mirrors etc. I pointed it out and basically got shrugs as the employees went back to work. I spoke to the manager. She was the only person there who seemed to care. After more wiping, I was told it was as good as it could get, that the bugs were stuck in the clear coat. They showed me that you could wipe it and it would't come off. When I got home, most of it came off with a damp T shirt. I would think a car wash would have something that would clean better. The interior was no better. The dash was about 90% dusted, same with the doors and instrument cluster. I have one coffee spill on the fake leather side of the console which was not wiped off and all the polished surfaces of the console are smeared with a soap film. Interior door fits are still dirty. I had spots on the seat before and after the wash. Again, a damp T shirt at home cleaned then off easily. The back of the car was basically untouched, Chrome and tail lights dirty. Harper auto group should be ashamed of this business. A complete waste of my time. read more

The car wash u it was great and colorful. I decided since we had a new car to go with the extra $29 extra special wash. What a joke. For one, vacuuming, wiping the interior and windows has always been part of the car wash. Then you tip on how good a job they did. To have to pay $29 and have to tip and then have to ask for a towel to wipe the water off the outside of the car myself. What kind of work ethic do these people have. Definitely use the external area to vacuum and towel dry your car yourself. $60 to a tip for a regular average Joe car wash disappointing. $60!!!!! A $30 car wash should have been epic. read more

I had a similar experience to Kelli K. The staff were not interested in actually detailing the interior of my vehicle. Vinyl cleaner was smeared over every window. It took me a good hour to clean all of my interior windows and remove the greasy residue. No point in getting an interior detail here. The exterior wash is fine, but it's not worth the extra for the interior work. read more
