John assured me that there had been several improvements made and that he was the New Assistant Manager. I did not go with a membership but decided to discuss with my husband if we should try one. With the things John relayed to me that had improved and the kindness he showed; I feel as if we may start a membership at this Zips on Mountain Grove Dr. With employees like John, that greet customers with such a kind and caring smile, you will have happy repeat customers. Johnny, however, decided that he would rather yell at me telling me "I told you LAST time to take a picture and bring it inside!!" This was my first time ever using this location. I went in and showed the other worker the picture of my tag and let her know that I had never been there before so for him to yell at me like that was crazy. She apologized and said he probably thought I was someone else; I'm assuming another customer. Whether it was me or anyone else, no one should ever be spoken to like that just because Johnny was having a bad day and/or didn't want to come outside.

Today I decided to use the automatic wash because it was cold, paid 14.00 for the "best wash" and was left with soap all on my car and had to pull into self service to finish rinsing it. I put in 5.00 in quarters bc I also had to scrub it bc the auto wash didn't do a job at all! As a business owner myself with many retail locations in Sevier County, you have to put money into your business to make money, and these people are just taking money and putting nothing back into this dump. They aren't even remotely trying to stay relevant. I would love to have my 19.00 back.
