Most recently they had a sign on the door that stated they were sold out until 5pm. So I waited until then just for a lady to say they were waiting for their truck to come which wasn't going to be there until 6:30. So once again I left and came back around 7pm just to have to wait an hr for some crabs that were light and missing legs. Don't think I will need back and that sucks

Had to wait 30 mins. for Chicken tenders. When they finally made them, they passed them out to other customers instead of FIFO. We were #63 and they were completing #69, 74, and #75. I worked at Red Lobster for 16 years and could definitively say that their expeditor was in over her head. She constantly rechecked orders and outstanding tickets and couldn't keep track of the overall item totals still due.
