Just a note for any newbies interested in visiting Danny's; this is the type of neighborhood most folks would want to visit during the day. There is limited parking in the area as well so try to time your arrival for as close to whenever your food will be ready. Danny's is a true carry-out: no place to eat inside, just to stand and pay for your food and go. There is a plexiglass enclosed counter with, as best as I can describe, a cutout for you to place your money it and the person on the other side of the counter can grab it, without being exposed to whoever is on the other side paying and give you your order...I hope you can visualize that... There was no scrambled egg or veggies included (most true Baltimore Chinese food carry-outs don't put veggies in the fried rice). You can request egg, but it will probably be an additional cost. Shrimp egg foo yung: Two egg patties with shrimp and onion covered with a brown gravy and served with an order of white rice. Another fav. Mix the white rice and patty/gravy together to enjoy this dish. Shrimp egg roll: Not my favorite. Some spots are know for their shrimp egg rolls and Danny's just isn't one of them.
