Scam company, during april, they sell a 3 months pass where you get an additional 4th month…read moreincluded. Yet they don't tell you that during the 4th month the pool and gym will be closed. Supposedly this happens every year, yet the earliest email they sent about this closure was ONLY 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLOSURE. They offered no immeditae compensation or solution for consumers, unless they went out of your way to call them. They directly lied on the phone saying email notification was given much earlier than 3 days prior, yet refused to provide a date or further information on these supposed notifications... they offered 20% bonus days as compensation for taking away 66% of the services.... They falsely claim that they have no obligation to provide 100% services due to their terms of service, that is not true... this bait and switch is fraud and not permitted in Canada. Please report them to Consumer Protection BC... You cannot offer a monthly service then simply take away 66% of it because your terms say "availability of services may vary"

There's something for everyone and it's also super affordable. Small, but decent fitness center that has everything you need. Great and frequent fitness classes. Awesome swimming pool with hot tub, steam room, kids pool, etc. And an ice skating rink and hockey area. There's also a playground nearby. And squash courts. There's so much to do and everything is so clean and in good shape. And the staff are really nice as well.

I went bobsledding with my friend on 1/18/26. We were fairly nervous after the scary waiver and…read moresafety speech, but this has been on my bucket list forever, and I was not going to pass up this once in a lifetime activity! Our sled had the pilot (first seat), my friend (second seat, known as the "champagne seat" because it has the least of the responsibilities), and I sat in the third seat. Since we didn't have a fourth person, I needed to wear an extra back brace (looks like a weightlifter's belt), since I would be experiencing the most g forces. You start off slow, but then you get going really fast. It is pretty intense, with speeds of 76 mph, but the whole ride is only 40 seconds. The best part was all of the staff (primarily from Australia), who were super nice (other than the obligatory intro safety video scare). Once you got up to the track, the experienced pilots definitely made you feel at ease. If you have ever wanted to go bobsledding, this is an epic place to do it!

I was caught off guard because I was polite and just looking for help. I understand people have bad days, but the interaction was upsetting enough that I ended up in tears after we hung up. That said, the actual bobsledding experience itself was amazing. It was such a fun, unique activity and something I'd definitely recommend trying. I just wish the customer service matched how great the experience on the track was.

Today was the worst food I have ever been served. Had it not been for father's day I would had walked out. We ordered the breakfast sandwich and home fries were offered. The sandwich was an over cooked steamed egg which appeared to be cooked in a mold. The bacon or what ever it was, was a cold cut of some grade. Served on an English muffin which had something white on one side. The hash browns (recognizing we are only 35 minutes from the best potatoes in North American) were actually 2"x4" of Tim Hortons or Mac Donalds fame. The coffee was cold. When asked for a freshen up she brought one cup of black coffee to share for two cups. There was no salt or pepper on the table and we had to ask for utensils. The managers walked around with there Covid Masks either half on or not at all. I understand that this food and entertainment end of things are being run by three gentlemen. I commend them for having the bravery to being there because I would certainly been in hiding in embarrassment.

We have been here twice so far - both times around the last week of May / first week of June…read more Weather atop the mountain is always perfect at this time - not cold, but windy, so a slightly padded jacket is advised nonetheless. The first time we went, my son was 4 years old and this time around he was 5 years old. Both times, he had a blast on the Gondola. The Gondola ride is not too quick and you can really take the time to admire the scenic views and enjoy the ride. Plenty of time to take photos, chat and be wowed by nature! The Gondola ride track in itself is breathtaking - a marvel of what humans have achieved. We always go after 4pm and that gives us the Sunset discount making the tickets pretty reasonable. Kids below 6 are free. Plenty of parking - never a concern. There is a playground for kids below as well as a smaller one above. My son enjoyed both. Once up, we did the suspension bridge which is a lot of fun for kids and adults alike. The patio is now open and the restaurant is fully functional which is amazing - you can just grab a drink and soak in those views as long as you wish. After you cross the suspension bridge, it by default takes you through the easiest trail - the Spirit Trail which has some pretty beautiful view points and super easy for kids. The Panorama Trail and Wonderland Loop Trail were also kid friendly. Many more trails to explore, so far we have only managed to explore these 3. After the trails, you can enjoy a meal sitting inside a gondola while the kids can play. Great place for kids in every respect. Will be back again. Other tips! 1. Always buy your tickets online than at the window - they are cheaper. We always take advantage of the Sunset Discount but you may be eligible for more - just look through all the discounts on the website. 2. Please carry a jacket - it can very windy on the suspension bridge on the warmest of the days but you will not need that jacket once you are in the trails. The windy gets blocked off completely, so carry something that breathes well or can be stowed away in a backpack later. 3. The drive from Vancouver city to here is very very scenic with so many spots to explore. Plan for a full day trip if possible, so you can include Shannon Falls, Brittania Mines & Beach, Mureen Lake, etc.. and so much more!
