There are 2 zipper entrances and you must close one before opening the other otherwise the bubble will deflate and collapse on you. It's best to have an adult readily available to help the kids or hire an attendant. I had been in contact with Sara for months and she has been so great to work with! Communicating with her was so easy! I had to deal with a whole process with booking bounce houses at a certain venue and she met all requirements needed and everything turned out perfectly. So I headed to yelp, given the fact that j had such high ratings and seemed to be a legit professional business, I figured it would be much more, but I got 72 chairs, 9 tables and a cocktail table for $179. I was very happy with that, I did the side by side per table and chair with the other guy and it came out almost exactly the same! Plus they dropped off the tables the day before! I was able to set up in advance which was a huge plus for me. They picked up the day after the party, giving plenty of time for us to clean up! We will definitely be recommending to friends!
