Christina was incredibly diligent, making sure not an inch of my scalp was missed or left untreated. She never rushed through the treatments. I will say, Test results are very important or you wouldn't take the test, Mine were bad and needed surgery and the office never called or filed with the Dr. Too casual . I had the surgery through a different Dr. and this office didnt have a clue that I had the surgery 2 months ago now. I am finding a new Dr. as we speak. it doesn't seem right that you pay concierge price and get low standard service. The staff makes or breaks Dr. and Patient relationships.
