I can't say enough about the folks who work at this pharmacy. Sandra and Kathryn are absolutely amazing pharmacy technicians. The entire staff are incredible at making you feel like your family when you call in or pick up your prescriptions. They give a level of personal service that I remember when pharmacies were smaller and individually owned. They will actually deliver to you as a courtesy which is unheard of. Carl delivers always with a smile and a kind word. CVS and Walgreens may be on every corner but they've taken the personal service out of the equation and you get a different person each time and you're just another person and another dollar. I've been using White Cross Pharmacy for 3 years and they continue to impress me with their level of care. Sameer, who is the owner and pharmacist has put together an All Star Team! Do yourself a favor and give White Cross Pharmacy a try. You won't be disappointed!!! read more

I have been getting my H.I.V. meds here for about 4 years. They do A.D.A.P (Aids Drug Assistance program). I wish I lived closer they would do all my meds. I'm in Mead Valley just a little to far for anything, but my H.I.V. meds. My local pharmacy does not do A.D.A.P. Thanks to Walgreens I have 2 phmaracy which is dangerous. My other meds would be considered out of area. read more

I moved here from West Hollywood back in May & initially went to White Cross, but got really unprofessional sloppy service. It started when I went in to have my prescriptions transferred. First of all, they weren't allowing anyone inside, even with a mask, and there was no place in the shade or seating to wait. When they finally came out, I gave them my info & asked that they call me when they transfer was complete so I could let them know which ones to fill. I waited a week & called back & they said they'd been on file for 5 day. I gave them my refills & asked that they let me know when they could be picked up. I called back 3 days later & they said they'd been ready. I picked them up, again, outside & when I got home, no receipt. I called them & they said they don't generally provide receipts but they'd print one out for me to pick up. I went back the next month to pickup & got both receipts & upon review, they had overcharged me twice. They said they'd credit my credit card but called back & said I'd have to come back in for cash. Just really sloppy unprofessional employees. My partner had similar experiences. I've switched to Walgreen's Neighborhood pharmacy on Sunrise. My family owned drugstores for 70 years & we would never have lasted with that low of customer service. read more

We moved down here from the Bay Area and I wanted to give my business to a small pharmacy instead of a big chain, everything was fine until I needed my pain meds refilled. Nothing unusual, and the pharmacist knew all the prescriptions I was transferring down well in advance and were friendly about it. If they had an issue or were planning on treating me like a criminal, I would have appreciated being warned. They didn't even bother to call me to say they wouldn't fill the electronic RX my doctor sent, when I remarked on that I was told rudely "I'm telling you now." They also falsely told me that NO ONE in Palm Springs would fill it "because it's illegal", as my doctor is in the Bay Area and I travel up there to see them. (Disabled people with severe chronic pain like me know that a good pain doc who listens is worth more than gold.) News to me that "no one" would fill it, and as it turns out completely UNTRUE. CVS had no problem and said they don't know why White Cross told me that. I don't appreciate being lied to and I really don't appreciate being treated like a criminal. read more

After leaving Community Pharmacy, Heritage Pharmacy in the Desert Oasis Center, and several others, I found White Cross Pharmacy. They knew about my insurances and got the drugs covered that I needed. They deliver to my home. White Cross is owned and operated by the owner which makes a huge difference. They demonstrated that they want my business. I am totally happy with White Cross pharmacy and would recommend this pharmacy to anybody. They treat me like I used to get treated, good old fassioned customer service. Two thumbs up and my highest regards. read more

This behavior is disrespectful, discriminatory, and unprofessional. CVS has wasted my time, ignored repeated complaints, and treated me as less than a customer because of my identity. I expect a full refund of every cent I was overcharged, and immediate action to ensure no other customer is treated this way. CVS: You make millions, but you cannot deny accountability for overcharging and discriminating against customers.

You all do a very very great job in what you do.I recommend anyone to have you guys as their pharmacy white cross.I spoke to Katherine on the phone and she's so kind and friendly to me and any time I called they all were very friendly to me.I think that all you guys deserve a way higher wage.I take a lot of medicine for bipolar and forget at times and I taught that you guys from white cross pharmacy gave me a higher dosage for one of my medicine I take,but I take 3 in the morning and night,but you guys from white cross know exactly what you guys are doing and gave me the right dosage for that medicine.Then since I taught you guys gave me a higher dosage in one of my medicine, I changed pharmacy.And actually the doctor prescribe the medicine you guys from white cross just fill in the medicine whatever the doctor prescribe,but my Doctor didn't make a mistake, that's why they are doctor.Then when I was with another heritage pharmacy I did the same thing with my doctor came on him, not straight out,but told a nurses that my doctor gave me a higher dosage and this doctor wasn't even the doctor that prescribed the medication for me I forgot,then remembered it was a different doctor and then I checked the medicine again and realized I was wrong.Please all of you from white cross and Heritage pharmacy please forgive me in Jesus name.Next month I will be with Kaiser Permanente and they have a pharmacy there where I will get my medicine there,since they have there own pharmacy on there on the spot, I will stay with them,but if I wouldn't be with Kaiser Permanente,(they offer many benefits Kaiser Permanente),so that's why I changed with them,but if I wouldn't have Kaiser Permanente I would go back with white cross pharmacy ,but yeah of course Heritage pharmacy is a great pharmacy too just like white cross pharmacy.please once again forgive me all you guys.I realize I was so wrong.From now on I will not do that.I felt so so bad that I cried.By the ways, Doctor H my daughters doctor recommended us to white cross pharmacy,Thank you to Dr.H read more

I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else! I'm forever grateful & THANKFUL for ALL that Sandra, Justin [hardly ever see him anymore], Liam, Carl, Catherine[might have her name wrong, I mostly interact with Sandra] does...the entire Staff! I'd rather have White Cross Pharmacy handle my scripts than any of the big pharmacies because they actually care about the person standing on the other side of the counter. I was so ecstatic about the bubble packs because I was getting tired of pouring my meds each morning and day. They're just thoughtful. I can't say enough nice things about them! Liam, went to bat for me over the phone and he's extremely helpful when it comes to my scripts whenever I have additional questions. They all are! Thankful for the delivery service. Thank you for the mask! It means a lot to me, especially with my upcoming appointment! Sandra always make sure my scripts are up to date even when the doctors offices are sleeping, I mean not replying. We have been with White Cross Pharmacy for several years. It's the best pharmacy for our family. Medications have always been delivered the day they were promised and no delivery fee. They have a great staff which is always helpful with any questions you may have. Also if needed, the Pharmacist is available to answer any questions. I have lived in Palm Springs my entire life and if any of you remember our wonderful local pharmacy Ramon Drugs on Indian Avenue, White Cross Pharmacy is so much like it. This is a great family owned pharmacy. The staff is always available, rather be by phone, or a walk-in. Also, Sameer is very genuine and professional pharmacist. He is always there to answer any question one may have. The prescription prices are always competitive and in my experience cheaper than any other pharmacy around. It's such a relief not to have to call every week to ask for meds and why some might be missing, which is what I had to do in the past with other pharmacies. I have always received excellent service at this pharmacy. The staff is polite professional and everything is on time. The owner saw me pull up one day -I didn't even have to get out of my car.
