I wasn't trying to sell her give her back the old pack I was trying to give her back the brand new pack that I had just bought literally within the last 30 seconds very very, very bad service .. bad attitude!!!! They don't hesitate to place you on a perpetual hold, and neglect to follow up after asking for your contact number. I called the previous night, and spoke to Sally, to avoid a delay since it was an out of town script. We arrived, for pickup, before lunchtime; they started lowering the shutters around 10-15 minutes before lunchtime - while people were still in line; worse, there was no acknowledgment...RUDE! I was finally told their system wasn't working and Sally committed to check with tech support after lunch, and to call me when the order was ready...5 hours ago! This pharmacy NEEDS TO DO BETTER!

It was quite an ordeal, trying to get it moved to this Rite Aid instead of my usual Rite Aid in San Diego where I live. So my mother had to go pick up my prescription for me as I can't walk... At first there was confusion and a problem with my medication being in stock. And this pharmacist was incredibly busy and a little stressed out, but still took the time to be very helpful and get my prescription filled and work with my mother so that she was not wasting her time going all the way there to get this for me. It's so nice when pharmacists are helpful and kind and not intimidating and rushed. He was incredibly nice and explained everything to her. We are very thankful.

This CVS has a wide range of goods here from: household appliances, food, drinks, health & beauty, hygiene, hydration, cold & flu medicine, allergies medicines, clothing. Almost like a regular store, they might not have exactly what you need but mostly it's here! That why I love CVS Pharmacy! Especially for cold & flu medicine. Another good reason to shop here is some other stores do close early and they are open later so it's a huge plus! I do realize some medicines are cheaper here verse other stores & sometimes they have sales buy one get 40-50% off the 2nd one! Which other groceries stores don't have. Also they have rewards program here too! Next time you shop you can get 20% off its does vary, but the coupons really help too! Their price points are spot on! Today I need to buy some essential for the house. When I walked in I couldn't find any basket, Letty who was working up in the front saw I was looking for something. I was looking for a product that I don't normally purchase and saw a young sales associate walking up the aisle. I approached her and began to ask, "Can you tell me..." Before I could even finish my sentence, she cut me off and said that she was going to lunch, then simply continued walking. She didn't ask what I needed or make any attempt to direct me to another employee who could help. I certainly understand that employees are entitled to their lunch breaks, but I thought the way this was handled was unnecessarily dismissive and rude. It would have taken only a moment to hear my question or direct me to someone else. This is not the type of service I normally receive at CVS, which is why the interaction stood out and was particularly disappointing.

And in the time I was here, several of the photo employees greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed. They were so friendly, and I felt super relaxed to take my time. I watched one employee talk with a customer in such a gentle way as he was helping her understand what it meant to have a family member upload a picture rather than taking a picture of a picture. It was so kind, and it's just those little acts of kindness that the world needs right now. I could tell the couple really appreciated him. Upon picking up my pictures, unprompted the employee scanned a code that gave me half off. I really appreciated that today. Thankful for this place.

The service and care provided at Medville pharmacy is rarely found these days and most certainly not at the big box pharmacies who are becoming increasing difficult to work with. Unfortunately I didn't make the switch to Medville until I encountered problems at the big box pharmacy. Moose will also review your supplements to make sure there's no duplicates, you're taking what you need and they're prices are less expensive then elsewhere, delivery is also available. No more dealing with rouge pharmacist's, questioning why your doctor prescribed medications, or saying you don't need the medication. If it hasn't happened yet, give it time, it will.
