Well, the drainage wasn't working properly because of the cement the builder left in the ground. I called up and spoke to John and he reassured me that he would correct the problem. The crew came out today and installed 2 more lines. One on each side of my house. I cannot thank him enough. I am using them again when my generator is installed to replace sod and needed plants. Linda was great about asking if there was going to be any irrigation problems where the generator will be placed. They know what they're doing.

"I am elevating this to priority status and we will take care of this for you." Nothing. Grass got so tall there were snakes roaming through the lawn. I then called and asked for a refund. "Of course, I'll put you down for a refund." That's all. No retention attempt, she just hung up. 3 weeks later we still didn't receive the $80 back. I contacted my lawyer, Ted Starr and he sent a letter demanding a refund. No response. This is fraud. Elderly abuse, or whatever you want to call it. They are DBA now as Royal Palms Lawn Care. They refused to move and the boss gave me the evil eye before he turned and drove off on his mower. They have a county contract but that should come to an end. What they did is a $250 fine and caused us to abandon our park plans for the day. Never use this company. They hate disabled people and go out of their way to show it! WE FILED A COMPLAINT with the county and the supervisor was reportedly in route to see them at the job site. Wilhelm are confirmed Assholes! For the personnel working at Nokomis, Pocono Trail 2/19/26 4:00pm two guys. The grunt was just sitting on his butt in the handicap parking spot while fixated/looking at his phone. He refused to move or ask the boss man to move "because he is annasshole", he said several times. The boss was wearing a black balaclava cutting the grass at a completely separate park while blocking anyone from using this park if you can believe that! Total jerks even when asked! Two cars trying to park and the boss's evil stink eye was the best we could get from Wilhelm. They are not answering their phone this afternoon. I would like to speak to the owner and will try more. I will also be back in touch with the county over their contract and the blocking of the entrance and handicap access to entire park with refusal to assist handicapped people keep access is the most disturbing. One of G&G's mowers got too close to my pool pump and it needed to be repaired. Almost immediately Tony was at my door with a repairman. I was assured I would be happy with the repair. I was sceptical but gave them the benefit of the doubt. The next day the repairman was on site and effecting the repairs. In no time my pool was circulating again. Tony again stopped by to check on the repair and he was not fully satisfied with one minor aspect of the repair. So again I was impressed about his fore thought and insight to my needs. From accident to repair less than a day went by and I could not be happier. Again it is easy to speak of a company when things are going good but sometimes it is more important to hear about what happens when things do not go as planned. Once installed, they gave me a sheet of paper with maintenance instructions and left. 14 months later, that grass is all dead (although the rest of my lawn and all of my neighbors' lawns show no signs of trouble) despite it having been irrigated and fertilized throughout the year and during the recent drought. I called G&G and they recommended I call a different company to see why the grass died because they don't handle such matters, after observing that last year they used sod from a distributor they had decided didn't provide quality product. I've had 2 other lawn services come look at the lawn and they said there was scant evidence of chinch bugs. I feel like I've spent good money after poor advice and a poor product-either the choice to use St. Augustine or this company's sod, or both.
