Can't speak for the service, but what I can speak on is the driving of their pool servicing truck. Having witnessed their driving from Ontario into Riverside, their driver of a white truck bearing their company's information was seen driving incredibly erratic. Consistently cutting other people off and doing dangerous maneuvers to gain a couple feet ahead of traffic placing people in danger with thoughtless action. I'm not sure if this is a single employee, or if this business is ran by a sole person that was responsible for that driving, but maybe this company should think about who they let represent them with their name plastered on the side of their truck while driving so recklessly. After every cleaning, he dependably logs the pH balance reading, chlorine levels and list of completed tasks after each visit; and all that information is transparent and visible in a real-time, easy-to-navigate app. I appreciate how Steven and Shawn have generously taken their time, over the phone and in person, to explain everything I needed to know about maintaining our pool. (And yes, we've done some wrong things in the past. Elated to understand now.) Ultimately we transitioned to a saltwater system because of Shawn's expert advice; and Steven has gradually made certain our system, during this transition, remained pristine from the start, one salt bag at a time.
