On two separate occasions, I provided a photo of a dress and clearly asked for arrangements that matched the dress colors, ideally accented with white. I even mentioned they could take some creative liberties. Both times, I received the exact same plain white arrangement, with no effort to incorporate the requested colors. While the final products looked nice, they did not reflect what I specifically asked for--and what I was paying for. It's frustrating to feel ignored as a customer, especially after giving clear direction more than once. Because of this lack of attention and poor execution, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this florist to others.

Being out of state, I just googled nearby florists and stumbled across them. She asked if the loved one's obituary was posted at the funeral home and she read it while we talked about flowers and colors. Reading that the loved one was involved for years with a tulip organization, she had the perfect flowers in mind from her supplier. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and she was so very thoughtful to locate the perfect flowers. I find out later that tulips are the favorite flower of the loved one as well as her daughter and granddaughter. Thank you, Sun!
