If Yelp allowed us to give more than 5 stars once per year, i'd use that option for White Glove Limousines. We booked a round trip evening from Sea-Tacoma for a concert, and every moment was great. Booking was easy and we were quoted a very fair price. Was able to reach someone right away when i called to confirm our booking, and I also got a text confirmation. All was good, but i'd been burned by limo companies before so i was still nervous. Luckily there was no need! Simon was on-time, and the limo was clean, comfy, and lovely. Simon was an absolute professional - he was kind, courteous, fun, and a great driver. He navigated the 8-person stretch through the hills of Queen Anne like we were in a mini cooper, and he seemed to know every back road and shortcut. He told us where to meet him after the concert, gave us a choice between parking lot pickup or walk a few blocks and be able to get onto I-5 immediately. We chose the latter and, true to his word, we were rolling in about 3 mins, even though everyone had just left the concert. He got us home quickly (but not too quick! i checked his speed on an app and he was not speeding) and delivered us to our doorstep with a firm handshake and a fun smile. I booked with White Glove Limousines months prior to my sister's bachelorette party, and I am so happy I did. When I called to confirm my booking with Simon, everything was set. I had even changed my pickup location, and Simon was incredibly accommodating. The day of our service, Aldrich was our driver. He was punctual, sweet, and catered to me and the girls. We even asked for a few more minutes in the limo once we got to the winery, after he had pulled up, so we could finish our champagne before going inside. The man on the phone was brusque and I was often confused if my reservation was actually confirmed or not. I called the day before my reservation to double check and all I got was a "yes, we will be there (click)" so I was a little nervous no one would show up to drive us. The next day, right on the dot, the limo pulled up. Our driver was wonderful, and very patient with our raucous group. He drove us from winery to winery and all I had to do was text him 10 min before we were ready to leave each place and he'd have the car pulled to the very front. Terrible experience. I scheduled with Aldrich 6 months previous to the bachelorette party I was coordinating. At that time, he said I was the only one on the books and the time block requested would be fine. A few weeks before the party, I called to pay in full over the phone. He told me to wait until the day of to pay. So I transferred that money into my savings account and several days later my card was charged for the event. I called and he refunded me, but said he didn't know what happened. Not a good start. The day of the party, he showed up on time but in front of the entire group, told me he'd have to pick us up an hour earlier than agreed on/scheduled because he was over booked. Sorry but not my problem. He never apologized, never offered a cheaper rate, or anything else, just said it was MY misunderstanding. Kept thirsting my words to make me look like the bad guy. WTF. Nope. Ultimately I got my "way"...aka what I originally scheduled for/agreed on, but I found it extremely rude and unprofessional. Aldrich never once apologized, only put the blame on me. I would of been far more understanding if he called me that morning explaining the over-booker situation and offered an alternative, but he took the unprofessional/sketchy route instead. read more

I used this limo service recently after buying a deal on Groupon and was really disappointed in the service. The driver was 15 minutes late then stopped one hour into our ride for gas and dinner! Very unprofessional in my opinion. If you know you will have passengers for 4 hours, you should make sure you have a full tank of gas (and dinner) before you pick them up. Found them on the internet - was attracted by their 1-hour free offer. Long story short - they brought the more $$ SUV limo instead of the one I ordered - and did this to trade me time off the free hour?? i had the 4 hours of the party planned out - now I felt like I needed to cut my time short or pay more with no choice.They did not call to ask me in advance - they just spang it on me as the kids were all jumping around and wanting to get in the car. I did not appreciate this tactic. The bigger SUV limo was okay - it was older and parts inside were falling off - like one of the back door panels and the LCD holders - the partition slide for privacy did not work - but that gave me a free view of our driver texting and on the phone while driving. There were a few drinks available - but no ice - I don't know if ice should be expected to be provided or not - but if there are drinks in the bin, ice should be with them, in my opinion. The driver had a really funny hair piece and did not interact with us at all - so a more personable driver would have been fun since it was my son's 13th birthday. All in all I would not use them again - but we got there and back. read more
