Jennifer was VERY INFORMATIVE and not only did he learn a lot, I did as well. If you need hearings aids, consultation, etc. hearing aid express is the best way to go. The secretary is nice as well. Knowing my sons history and how it has never been successful the clinic staff were very patient and caring for my child from the front desk associate to the two that administered the screening very kind and knowledgeable all around. I recommend this facility for any younger children having a hard time getting an accurate result. This clinic staff has exceeded my expectations with above and beyond kindness and knowledge!
