Kelly came out for an estimate on a Sunday afternoon.(right on time). Her crew was there on Wednesday right on time. They took down 5 trees and cleaned up some other trees and bushes. They worked quick and cleaned up after them selves. Can't ask for much more than that. read more

Unreal! FINALLY, Kelly, the owner of WHTC apparently came to my house yesterday (when I was not home) to take down the remainder of the tree that was left behind. Still, an 18 inch stump remains, for which we were initially charged for and paid to have removed as a part of the $1600 proposal. The gash in our shed was "pounded out" and is less apparent than it previously was, however the bottom of the shed that connects to the foundation is now inside-out, meaning that what is supposed to be on the outside of the shed to conceal the tracks is now on the inside, exposing the track frame. What really irks me about this company is that after SEVERAL ignored phone calls, WEEKS of being lied to, WEEKS of waiting for resolution to this matter and having our property DAMAGED they had the nerve to put a promotional sign in my front yard to promote their company! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I wanted to (and may still) post my own sign to accompany theirs to let the public know the real story! DO NOT HIRE! I gave one star because it's required to give at least one. I live in an apartment complex in Blackwood. First of all, my elderly neighbor had brush and wood debris, along with sticks, all over her back patio. The owner, who is clearly unqualified, and frankly VERY NASTY and rude, told me it would be taken care of. It wasn't until later that night, after my neighbor complained to management, that this was taken care of. And even though the neighbor is older, she could CLEARLY HEAR the owner outside complaining about this neighbor saying she was "being a dramatic (not going to repeat it)". During the course of the project, the white escalade she drives blocked spots, she drove carelessly through the neighborhood, she could be heard VERY LOUDLY cursing at her workers, and her workers left their trash around. These same workers were clearly smoking marijuana while they worked. I said something to who I assume is the supervisor, and he looked stoned himself, but asked me "if I was sure". Yes I know it's currently legal, but extremely unprofessional, and not a good idea when using chain saws. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company, AND ESPECIALLY their owner. I would have to say that this is the fastest Tree Service I've ever seen I had a job other tree services told me it would take up to 3 days they did it within 10 hours I am amazed and they also give a coupon discount if you have a flyer I was lucky enough to meet the flyer guy and he is awesome he gave me insight to the company and I had to call them so I did and it was the best thing I did all summer now no more leaves in my swimming pool read more

We are a returning customer for White Horse Tree Care service. Just over two years ago I needed two trees removed. The price was good, the team on the ground were professional, the experience overall was a 4+ star at the least. Fast forward to last week, a tree broke a major limb and was hanging into the neighbors yard from at huge wind storm. My wife called White Horse and Kelley the owner was here the next day to survey the situation. The team showed up right on time, bright and early. We had two trees removed at a great price again. Everything was ground down and cleaned up all around and in my neighbor's yard as well. I highly recommend their team. read more

We just had a hurricane and then a freak snowstorm in New Jersey. I had down trees and a lot of broken branches. They left a flyer in my mailbox so I called for an estimate. We agreed on a price and I gave them the job. They didn't show up on day one. Day two, it rained so I didn't expect them to be working. Day three, they called late in the day to say they couldn't make it again. I would not recommend them. Very unreliable. Very bad customer service. read more

This Company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!! I got an estimate $900.00 cash to cut trees side of house and back yard at the end of June...good price? Seemed so..that's where the good experience ended ..set appointment,on a day where both my wife and I would be there to supervise in case of miscommunication..last minute changed to next day when niether of us could be there,because they had another job in area..therefore no supervision..and..therefore..all work not completed!!!!..salesman came by to pick up money later in the day ..no problems there ..of course!!!..spoke of additional branches not cut.."we will be there next week to finish"..NEVER HAPPENED!! Made repeated calls no response..only when I threatened better business did I get a call from owner Kelly.She apologized ,blamed salesman, who no longer works there ..convenient. Assured they would be there...August 14th new appointment made for Saturday 20th 10 a m. To finish job undone..guess what ?? NEVER SHOWED!! Horrendous, outrageous lie. This company's customer service is horrendous! We hired them to take down a beloved mulberry tree in our backyard. To start off they never showed up on the scheduled date to do the job and never returned the multiple phone calls that we made to them. When I finally got in touch with them the next morning, I was told that the crew was on their way to our house. We originally scheduled for a day that my wife and I would be home, so now that it was convenient for them to come out, I now had to take off from work! The tree ended up coming down fine, but when it came time to grind the stump, their stump grinder stopped working. We were told someone would be back out the next day to finish the stump, but of course no call no show again! After numerous phone calls, someone decided to show up when we were'nt home and grinded half the stump! Once again numerous phone calls were made, sometimes leaving a message with a machine and sometimes with a person, but no one ever called back to schedule a date to finish the job. Our mistake was paying them in full for the job and trusting them that they would keep their word, which came from John the supposed owner. In the end we hired a REAL tree service company and they finished the job! read more
