They were too small and had to return them. We were in the area and did the transaction here. I really like this location. The staff was super friendly. No wait and was fast and easy. This location is one floor but had so much to offer. The back was the clearance. One side was men's, other side was women's , kids section and accessories. Organized and categorized. I did find some shoes and was able to use my rewards. FYI, if they didn't have the shoes in stock, they can order and have it shipped to your home or pick up. I can't see myself purchasing my shoes anywhere else but here. They always have good deals and have my size.

Right in the middle of our visit, the power went out and the mall was evacuated. The associate helping us was stunning, patient, and ensured my client felt safe during the chaos, but we didn't get her name before leaving.Today (Wednesday), I called the store to get the SKU numbers for the bras so we could order them online, as it is hard for my client to travel and the sale was ending. I spoke with Claire and explained that I was trying to find the wonderful lady who assisted us right before the blackout. Claire completely refused to help me identify her or give out her name, and I had to plead with her for quite a while. It was incredibly upsetting and frustrating that she wouldn't problem-solve with me, especially since I explicitly told her this associate provided great customer service and we just needed to complete our purchase.Hoping for a better outcome, I called back a second time. Thankfully, Elizabeth answered! She immediately recognized our situation, told me her name, and came to the rescue. She located the exact items that worked perfectly for my client and gave me the info we needed. Elizabeth's genuine care is rare. I dread the mall in general and trying on bras is never fun for anyone I don't think. I haven't bought or tried any on in years, didn't know my size or what I wanted and I was not looking forward to finding some that worked but Elizabeth was SO unbelievably helpful and kind. She brought me so many different kinds and sizes to try on. She never once showed frustration or annoyance when I needed another size or didn't love what she brought me. She even found me as I was checking out to give me a card she had filled out with my sizes and which bras I liked so I would be able to remember in the future. In the end I left with 3 new bras and thanked her profusely for the help but I just wanted to leave this so management could also acknowledge how great she is!! Thanks again Elizabeth!

I told them that I got two necklaces for Christmas and was looking for some earrings to match. The girls helped me find some things I might like, and when I mentioned that I was going to come back with my mom to pick something out for my birthday, they offered my friend and I champagne as we shopped! WHAT!? The only other time I've been offered champagne at a retail store was at Louis Vuitton, so this made me feel very special and definitely an appreciated customer! One other thing that blew me away was that one of the necklaces that I got was a clear stone, which I was having trouble matching because it seemed a little darker/pinker - and the girl that was helping me asked me a few questions, and found out that I should not be wearing my necklace in the shower. At that point, she offered to switch out my necklace for a new one! Wow, just wow! What great service - I definitely will be coming back here.

We saw they had a lot of stuff on sale buy one get one 50% off. I grew up an 80's skate punk, so a lot of the brands resonated with me from back then, and both my lady and I found lots of cool gear. I found some classic Santa Cruz button-up shirts right off the bat. I'll admit I was eyeing the skateboards too, which they had lots of really cool ones, but I haven't skated in many years so I didn't opt for one... Yet. Then we got to the Vans shoes. We asked the staff to check for our sizes in a few different styles. Each time, they took the time to check for each one, even though they were a little busy. When they weren't able to find our sizes in stock, they suggested they place orders online for us, and they'd have them shipped either to the store or to our place for free and still get the buy one get one 50% off deal. We, ofcourse, said yes please! Our cashier took our information and told us to not hesitate to call him if we have ANY questions or if we don't receive our order within 12 business days. This is the kind of experience that makes you absolutely want to frequent a business. Yeah, I'm no longer the young 80's skate punk I was before, but the 43-year-old me still loves the nostalgia and timeless look of a Santa Cruz shirt and a pair of old school Vans. He found two Santa Cruz button ups. There were 5 different shoes he liked. We felt bad because we kept bugging them on size and they didn't have them in stock. One gentleman in particular was super friendly and helpful. I forgot my size and he brought out two sizes so I can try them on. Since none of the shoes we liked were in stock, he went the extra mile and ordered them online. Free shipping. Can't beat that. I ended up getting a pair of Vans Chukka Low Grey & White Denim Skate Shoes and my Mr. got a pair of Vans Old Skool Pro BMX Black, Grey & White Shoes. Great experience and walked out with some bargains.
