Wore it once, (so obviously I took the tag off) and while wearing it the strap broke and is no longer wearable. Now I spent $40 for this. And you all advertise "affordable" clothing. However $40 for 1 piece of clothing is not cheap. Went in to return, exchange something so I can be able to actually get my money worth and was told by the girl there that because the tag was off she couldn't do a refund. Now I understand you have policies, but if I cannot wear the clothing more than once than that sounds like a defect on your part and not mine. I did love your alls clothes and would have loved to shop there again. I don't care to spend the money when it's worth it but this feels like false advertisement and theft when I can't even wear this again. Tried to email the email for the store "Fayette@roseandremington.com" that's literally on the website and it comes back as email does not exist. ALL of the emails on their website, social media all come back as do not exist.

The inside, however, was very warm and inviting. The woman behind the counter greeted us and told us about a few of the products on sale. There were scarves, jewelry, coffee and (my personal favorite), handmade soap. Every item, to my understanding, is handmade and on display. There are cards showing what person (or group) created each item. I got Sandalwood scented soap and a beautiful heart-shaped soapstone paperweight. My wife got a Citrus scented soap. After a small conversation, the polite woman bagged our items and we were on our way. If you're ever in the mood to support a good cause that's off the beaten path, I urge you to give Ten Thousand Villages a try.

We are frugal so we first seek out the sale rack. Unfortunately, we found nothing interesting on clearance. They had some great jewelry ideas, so we didn't leave empty handed. We also bought some gift cards for our Chico's fanatics out west. I love the store's setup. Everything is easy to find and smartly displayed. They don't jam their limited space with a ton of merchandise, making it impossible to find anything. This location has an enormous parking lot and the entrance is a short walk from your car. The shop is kept clean and the ladies were incredibly helpful. 12/21

I ordered and it was ready for pick up within a couple of hours. I got in line at the front of the store that was for pickup and returns and an employee came by asking if anyone in line was there for a pick-up. She then retrieved my order and I was on my way. I was in the store less than 10 minutes. I'd use the pick up service again if needed.

I hate that they went to one check out queue. The store handles online orders, pick up, Amazon, etc. it adds to the junkiness of the store. Boxes, stacks, items everywhere. Today my problem was that my mother in law forgot to pay her bill. She is 86 and in a nursing home. I said no problem. I'll go by and pay her bill. She gives me a check and the stub from her bill. Apparently you can't give Kohls any money unless I have her charge card or her drivers license. I have to say if they are trying to get people not to shop there, they are succeeding.
