No greeting, no acknowledgment of me at all even though I was the only one in the store. A few more ladies walked in (in name brand clothing) and were instantly greeted warmly. The two ladies working in the shop put items back on racks I was looking at and still did not acknowledge me at all (it's not as if they didn't see me, I nearly bumped into one of them). It was disheartening to see such blatant judgement assuming based on how I was dressed. I would have considered purchasing, but walked out because I don't want to support a place that treats customers as such.

I was blown away for starters by the customer service from multiple employees. One found me a shoe in a size that wasn't even on the floor, another brought a different size to the dressing room, and a third suggested a better way to complete my transaction! Now keep in mind the stuff here is brand name and higher end than, say, a Marshalls, but I still found a ton of good deals. I saw higher end brands like Tory Burch, Birkenstock, Democracy, and more. I got a $200 free people dress for $35! It's now definitely worth checking out and could be dangerous... I got so much stuff!

Staff was made to stand at the entrance to welcome the customers super sweet. So for people who have been to NR it's definitely a couple of notches above TJ Max but the model is similar. So there is section for male, female, kids clothing and shoes. They also have a home section along with jewelry, make up, perfume, sunglasses and handbags. Lots for everyone. This particular one has lots of parking and very centrally located. Prices are fair to the brands they offer. Oh I forgot they also have some snacks right near the check out. I inquired about a cologne that showed it being on sale on my device however in store it rang up as original price. The fine print on my device stated OR for purchases in store OR online. She was nasty with her tone and also lacked willingness to help. I waited for 20 mins before her manager Felisha, happened to walk by and without hesitation assisted me with a resolution. She went above and beyond and I felt much better that we had a resolution HOWEVER Mrs. Long nails LaRhonda with the bad attitude engaged another associate his name begins with "D" (I will update this review with his name at a later time) a tall, light skinned young man who immediately agreed with her without verifying that the item was not available at this location. The individuals lacked professionalism, both LaRhonda and D lied to my face and what's sad is that they was more concerned with getting everyone out before closing. I walked in at 711pm, the store closes at 8. You don't need to be in customer service if you have an attitude when assisting a customer. LaRhonda needs proper training on customer service. Horrible interaction with her nasty attitude. She needs to be in the back unboxing merchandise and away from customers. Thankfully Felisha stepped in at the right time.

The clothes brands are predominantly Express and Alter'd State... So if you buy those brands at full retail prices, which I often do, then this is your spot! It's definitely not fancy and you may have to pick through the stuff... but if you're paying $4 for an item that started at $90, you really can't complain. This location is one floor but had so much to offer. The back was the clearance. One side was men's, other side was women's , kids section and accessories. Organized and categorized. I did find some shoes and was able to use my rewards. FYI, if they didn't have the shoes in stock, they can order and have it shipped to your home or pick up. I can't see myself purchasing my shoes anywhere else but here. They always have good deals and have my size.
