Love the high ceilings and the decor in this place. It feels very natural and bright. Not super into the religious angle of this place but it wasn't too in your face besides the Christian music playing. The young woman helping me was seriously like a personal shopper - she needs a raise!!! I ended up buying 3 dresses and a pair of shoes for Mexico and I could not be more excited. I will note that I feel like the prices here are way too high for the quality, but since it was a special occasion I just went with it. I will definitley come back to this location. I had never really shopped at Crestview Hills before but it is SO MUCH more relaxed and nicer than Kenwood. It reminds me of Roodwood but without the traffic. When she arrived back at my home she was just done with the whole experience but in the midst of her reiterating her displeasure in shopping she began to sing the praises of two sales associates who served her well in her pursuit of clothing that would look good on her. She could remember that one of the ladies was named Shirley. She hopes that management will relay her Kudos for a job well done.

Although I did find out that they were getting ready to have a nice clearance sale to send out the spring/summer clothes and transition to fall/winter. The last day of the sale they actually did a bag sale. I made it in on one of the sale days and bought some nice clothing at a more reasonable price. They also had some decor items. The store is fairly small but they packed it full of good shopping. I also found a pair of shoes that I liked. I actually paid more for them than I would have liked but they were unique. I am sure I will stop in again. I may make it when they are transitioning over to spring to pickup some deals on winter clothes.

But I did find the employees bickering with each other over how to set up their ring light and technology so they could go live on Facebook and sell virtually. This should not be done during store hours, or should be done in a backroom where customers who are physically in the store aren't treated like second class citizens to your Facebook lives. Clothes were packed heavy on racks, so I can't imagine they get much business on the sales side.

I did not like the styles everything was different dull shades of brown from purses and bags to clothes. I was asking her about her oils for my skin care routine and she made it very clear she was not interested in serving me or people who look like me AT All. I couldn't remember the name of the store but felt it was important to warn people especially in the OTR community that she is not for us. She was making the ugliest faces at me and I asked her which one if her oils would give me skin a glow she replied side eyed, "Any of them". I left and never went back. The oils were already pretty pricey which I didn't mind until I saw how nasty she was. I'm still looking for a great home decor place as well as a friendly business to help me with my skin care needs.
