Normally the people here are so nice, but this one guy stopped me when I was walking out because the sensor on one of my items tripped the alarm. I know what most would think, that's his job, but I got a bad vibe from how he did it considering 3 other people tripped the alarm and he let them leave. Anyway, when i pointed out the alarm went off 5 times while I was there he said "Yea but 2 times people were returning stuff." What a shame that this guy treated a loyal customer that way. I even told him that it was the plates we bought, without fail they set off the sensors every time my partner and I buy them. Instead of checking that first he goes rooting through my bag like I am a criminal. This guy does not deserve his job there! For how expensive the clothing is there he should treat people with respect. Each and every person who set off the sensor should have been stopped, what if they bought something and did not have tags removed or what if they stole something? Fast forward to 2 weeks later and I got exceptional treatment again, in fact better than I have ever gotten. This young man Christian who works there helped me process what I thought was going to be a return. Instead, he found the pants my partner wanted, in her size! This is not the first time I have seen him here, and it is not the first time he has provided great service, but he went above and beyond today.
