I would not trust Mr. Dicker or any of other realtors from Blackwell Realty because of their professionalism. I strongly advise anyone considering to hire Mr. Dicker as a realtor to look elsewhere. I closed at 9:30 AM and wasn't able to get into the house that just closed on. Three hours later my wife called her and ask her what was going on with the keys. She would not even respond to us. After several hours we finally got the code to the house around 5 PM after waiting all day and not knowing anything.. For an individual to be so heavily involved in customer service I felt that this was very poor and was totally unacceptable in my eyes ,at least a return phone call would have been nice. I was in communication with my realtor throughout the day, but she kept telling me that she refuse to do anything. The point being here I would think twice before contacting this realtor if that's the way she does business.

Here are the facts. We called this agent to see a listing that she had. We waited two days and then after no response we contacted another agent who showed us the house. This agent was on vacation and I guess no one was covering. After closing we finally were given a code to the key box only to find that it did not work. Fortunately my husband had a hammer. This is the first time we have ever had to break into our own home. We did not receive keys or remotes until the next afternoon only after many texts to say that the keys and remotes were not in the house. We again tried to call this agent with no response, but her broker called 4 days later. I did respond within 24 hours only to be disrespected and have accusations made against my agent. Other than listing property to sell this is my last home to purchase. I hope you have a great experience, and while I am not a realtor or a broker I am a consumer and this was the worst customer service I have ever receive.
