Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this plumbing company. I hired them on three different occasions, and each time the work resulted in additional problems rather than solutions. Despite multiple opportunities to correct their work, the issues persisted. As of today, I have had to hire another plumbing company to repair the mistakes left behind. This has cost me additional money and time that could have been avoided with proper workmanship. Consistency and reliability are critical when it comes to plumbing, and this company failed to deliver on both. They have cost me thousands of dollars last year and the latest was today. I would not recommend this company. Despite asking a few times the technician would not give me a quote before starting the work, on both occasions they came out to my house. Just talked down to me and told me the work wasn't a big deal so it'll be fine. Really regret calling them back out but was in a crunch, the 2nd time was worse than the 1st. The same technician came back but this time also made a very inappropriate comment to me when I asked for additional details about pricing for service options. When I confronted him at the end of the service he laughed and said "sorry you got offended' instead of acknowledging his comment was out of line. Ultimately I found him unprofessional on multiple fronts. So far (it's been a week) the work itself seems to be okay but there are better options - call Olympic Plumbing Technology. read more

Chris answered the buziness phone after 6:00 pm late last week and was able to schdule on Monday. We needed to replacean exterior hose bib. He had a few opwnjngs for Friday, but Monday worked best. The appointment timw was around 9:00 and Hans was right on time. He had to cut a hole in my Daughter's closet tocut the hole in. Hans used a level as a straight edge and cut a nice square hole for the sheet rock to secure back. He was efficient and did a great job. He installed the new bib and tested for leaks. I also had a leak near the meter. He put black plastic down on the lawn to protect the grass. He found that the leak was on the town side of the meter and called the the Olympia PUD. This was a great experience overall. I will use them agsin if I need another plumbing repair. read more

We moved to Olympia in December of 2019. We've had White Knight out three times since (it's now June of 2020) and been pleased each time. They've replaced two 20 year old hot water heaters (one electric, one propane, don't ask), a toilet, and the spigots for the clothes washer in the laundry room. All tasks accomplished quickly by knowledgeable and pleasant plumbers. They didn't even charge extra when we followed them around asking a million questions! Recently we had them install a whole house filtration system to fix the hard water from the community well. Chris took time to discuss this in detail with us beforehand and the installers worked extra hard to keep one outdoor spigot outside of the system. We had one other bid for this work and the White Knight price was 25% lower. We would recommend this company for any kind of residential service. I only qualify that because we have no direct experience with them in a commercial context, but I'm sure they'd do fine there as well. read more

I had a whole house filter system installed and Kevin did a great job installing it. He was friendly, kept his mask on when we were around, explained everything he was going to do and then did it. He ensured everything was working and there were no leaks. He also went above board and explained some facts about our tankless water heater, which was not told us by the builder of the house when we purchased the house, thereby saving us a possible expensive repair. We thought we had broken a pipe under the house during the recent freezing weather. After calling several plumbers and getting no response from most, my neighbor recommended I call White Knight, as she had very good service from them several times for her two houses. Amazingly they responded immediately and dispatched a crew within two hours! When they arrived, they checked under my house, and actually found the problem was a hose leaking in my backyard in the snow. I had one I had forgotten to disconnect. Jay came out today to look at a problem we had with a leak under our shower as well as leaky faucets. This company has changed my original opinion and review of them from my first experience a few months ago. We had a leak for several months, white knight came out, thought they fixed it, paid them , they left. 3 days later pipe is still leaking, they came right back out when I called, thought it was fixed, week later still leaking, I called they came right back out, within a half hour, ended up having to cut a small hole in the wall, but fixed it with in a half hour.
