I bought a 2022 Polaris 570 Premium atv from my neighbor Gary Ward about 2 weeks ago. As you…read moreprobably know, he dropped it off and requested that you go through it and make sure that everything was running good, he wanted everything checked and fixed if necessary. The invoice number is 33467. When Lester noticed a brake switch fault code (520285), all he did was clear the code. Gary picked it up without anymore work. When I bought it, the code was not apparent and the check engine light was not on. This changed when I got home. The error code indicated to me that the switch that Lester noted on the invoice could be faulty. Since Lester didn't put the switch in, I came back and had you guys install it. Again, the check engine light was off for awhile and then came back on. This indicates that there is another problem. My point in all of this is when Gary Ward brought it in, he wanted everything that was wrong fixed. Everything that was wrong wasn't fixed and I am sitting here with the engine light on with an error code even though a new brake pressure switch was installed at my expense. Whatever is wrong with this atv should have been fixed before I bought it since that is what Gary Ward wanted. This has been a frustrating experience to say the least. I informed him of Visa's policy which allows for chargebacks made within 90 days of cancelled deposits/payments made on merchandise that hasn't been received. He refused to refund my deposit, so I'm now dealing with my bank. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!

Hi country motor shop is the worst moto shop NOUN the most…read moreserious or unpleasant thing that could happen: "when I saw the outside of Mike's front door, I began to fear the worst" I left my moto there for 6.5 months just for a front shock bladder replacement. Well 6.5 months later my bike is in worse shape than when i brought it in! What does this neanderthal think? Every time i called to see how far along its going he tells me I'm short staffed! I even brought him a potential worker! And all summer he kept telling me Im short staffed then he told me his mother had a stroke! I DON'T BELIEVE ANY OF IT! Total incompetent mechanic. I did bring my dirt bike tire in once! he didnt even remove the spike that popped it in the first place so i drove to my riding spot 50 miles, as soon as i started to ride the back tire went flat! Mind you it was my day off and I even told them to pull the spike OUT! Please do not do business with this person as I had The worst moto shop experiance of my life! I…read morefirst came in knowing I would be getting a bike soon and Davis talked with me for a long time and definitely let me know the benefits of Yamaha and each bike but with no pressure and not trying to upsell a beginner. I even said I was going to check out the Ktm dealer and he told me the plusses and minuses of those and I found his info unbiased which I appreciate from anyone selling you something. Anyways, I ended up buying a used bike in Denver, so I brought it in to these guys to change the jet and look the bike over They ended up doing that, changing the fork seals (which definitely were leaking), and replacing the oil, for a good price but more impressively all three guys stayed over 45 minutes late on their Friday in order to get it done, so I could ride all weekend. I didn't even press them, they just got it done cause they could tell I was pumped to get out there and practice. I've never had better service at a garage or a dealership and I haven't even bought a vehicle from them yet. Because of these guys im having fun tomorrow. Thanks again Oh yeah they do certified vin inspections for around twenty bucks too if you need your trailer inspected before getting license plates, state patrol only does it once a month, might help someone else out there
