Anderson performs its work with high professional standards and treats customers with exceptional service. We highly recommend Anderson Powersports! For those of you interested, here is the rest of the story: Since his original purchase, my Bob has taken his RZR side-by-side to Anderson for customized upgrades and extra bells and whistles. Just prior to our 2-week departure for a backcountry vacation with family, Bob picked up the RZR from Anderson after they had installed some new wiring and audio upgrades. Even though the RZR worked at Anderson and was unloaded at our home, on the day of our departure, it would not start. Figuring Anderson had failed to properly connect all wiring components, Bob became sooooo irate! The RZR doesn't work, he can't even load it up onto the trailer to bring it back to Anderson AND we are now delayed in meeting our family. When he telephoned the good folks at Anderson, they quickly made arrangements to send two members of the crew to our home (almost 20 miles away!). They arrived with tools plus the plan to physically push the RZR up on the trailer if they couldn't immediately solve the problem. Fortunately, Redmond got in the driver's seat and IMMEDIATELY started up the RZR to a sweet purr. What was the problem??? My husband did not have THE GEAR IN PARK! Bob was beyond embarrassed and couldn't apologize enough for his gruff, accusatory remarks. The guys shook his hand, told us, "We hope your trip goes well," and EVEN REFUSED to take payment for their house call. Who do you know that treats their customers so well? I only know of Anderson Powersports in Reno!

So, motorcycles have always been in our blood. We started by getting a couple auto shift no clutch putters for around town. It's fun till you've seen all the same stuff time and time again. After a couple bike changes, we decided to trade in our 2 smaller for 1 larger for my husband to go ride the mountain curves on. He opted for a 26' Kawasaki 900Z. He loves it because it has an awesome cruise system, as well as handles great. Our salesman that we really like working with is Kevin Fox. Super nice guy with great salesman qualities. Now the finance manager is just as equally nice. Dario Lizzarraga has very good customer service and an all-around nice guy. Will add some photos of before and after upgrades soon.

So lately I've been hunting a Suzuki King Quad 750. I've owned two prior which were 700s without…read morepower steering. Awesome machines and in my opinion the best ATV built. So I saw Michael's Cycle works had a 2022 KQ in stock. I wasn't really trying to buy brand new because things are expensive these days but the 1.99% deal Suzuki was putting on was attractive. I called down to the guys in Carson and Mike Cannon picked up. While talking to him about the new KQ he told me "I've got a champion yellow 2011 750 Kingquad with power steering that just was traded in." Mike gave me all the specs and with just over 1000 miles on it he had me excited with a very fair price. I got down to Carson City to see this Kingquad and meet Mike. This Kingquad was exactly what I was looking for so I completed a deposit and Mike took care of the rest. This was my first time at Michael's Cycle Works in Carson City. Staff was friendly the location is super clean and I thought Mike Cannon helped me get a smoking deal. If you're looking to get dirty or impress your crush with some new power sport wheels go see these guys in Carson. Thanks Mike!
