All I can say is know that most people wine and complain, they feel entitled and want everything instantly That being said, I ordered shocks on 4/12/18, never hearing about the site/company all I saw was the pricing. Got the shocks $75 off from the manufacture site and $25 cheaper than any other site I could find, figured Why not. Placed my order, instantly was charged, waited four days and still saw my order awaiting fulfillment, that's when I decided to search and came across these reviews. Probably the worst online ordering feeling I ever had after reading these reviews and not hearing anything. Thought, damn looks like I got scammed. Sent a message off the site, heard nothing, sent an email, heard nothing. 4/17 Decided to call, well the next day sure enough I got a call back saying my order was on backorder and would be fulfilled and shipped on the 4/28. So look at that, I called and got a reply on 24 hrs, not bad. 5/1 comes around, I hear nothing and see the order online still awaiting fulfillment. Next day again 5/2 I get a call that the order was shipped on the 1st. 5/3 they update the online order with a tracking number and 5/4/18 I get my order exactly what I ordered Now communicate / customer service is key with online shopping. I will say they could do a better job updating the site, answering emails/online messages, updating what's on back order etc, so for someone who isn't in a rush I would say buy from here. Give them sometime and you will get your order. Like I've read I can imagine them not keeping a lot of things in stock allowing to sell at the discounted prices. I think not showing backordered products is a lil crappy, but all in all, it was a good experience. considering I'm not the type to complain about a lil bit of a wait. I thought I was helping out by rolling the bike in side to do the picture but instead got about five people, whistling and screaming at me and making a big scene. I was with my wife and child at the time. So instead of pulling me to the side and maybe say something, they decided to embarrass me in front of the whole store. I even talked to my sales person on the side and he continued on embarrassing me. After that, we were sent to accessories and clothing area with the salesman behind the counter there just talked down to me in a condescending way like I didn't know anything. Got out of there as quickly as possible. Just very rude to their customers. I don't understand it. This is the second bike I have purchased from them. Then when he goes to put the battery in my car, it doesn't start and then I have to buy a brand new terminals, after he already took out the old ones and then realizes that he doesn't have one of them in store. I have to get it towed to a mechanic shop all to realize that they put in the wrong battery and my terminals would've been fine if I had the right battery. (Part numbers were the same). When I contacted Concours, Jay had no explanation on why the screw weren't the factory type. He told me to send the parts back and he would refund my 30 dollars. I already spent 1O dollars shipping and he didn't offer to pay for return shipping. Since I ordered parts based on the catalog description and it is wrong for a 64 Galaxie, Concours should pay for the return shipping. I may not do business with them anymore.

All in all I drive very little and between August 2022 and Sept. 2024 I had put 20K miles on my car. 2 of my tires were almost bald!!! When I had asked about warranty of the tires they said I had not come in for the proper tire rotation. I only had them rotated 2 in 2 years. (My fault for not realizing tires need rotation every 5K miles) Well, long story short, I had to replace my tires. There was not an offer of discount, since the tires were only 2 years and only had 20K miles on them. I did not replace my tires here, nor will I go back. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past.
