Project was to replace a 52" fan with a new Ministak 84" fan. Roman was quick and efficient and…read moredidn't even need to review the manual. Everything was going great till we ran it and the fan wabbled excessively at speeds above 3 out of 6. Roman's response was that it was a large fan which is nonsense, the fans blades need adjustment as mentioned in the manual to ensure they are all the same height from ceiling. There's also a weigh kit included. Worst part was that he was not even willing to try. Even a small deviation will cause the wabble. I'm sure if you're installing a smaller than 72" fan Roman will do a great job but if you have a larger fan I'd look elsewhere and verify they will not leave you with a wabbling fan.

(On a day with temperature and humidity on them 90's, not a good day with an AC unit that's not working). After about a year here, the lights stopped working suddenly. So we called Tim and he talked my husband through troubleshooting to get the issue resolved. Turns out, we just needed to replace some batteries.
