My granddaughter received a vase full of daisies and wildflowers that could have been picked in a field. What…read moreI purchased was a beautiful glass box base filled with roses, a deep pink sunflower, green Pom poms, an orange polka dot ribbon, etc. it was absolutely gorgeous. I received a call from Sara stating she didn't have all the flowers as pictured and unfortunately I told her I trusted her decision replacing them. What my daughter actually received was a vase full of wild flowers that could be picked in a field on the side of the road. We are absolutely devastated that she did not get an arrangement even close to what we picked out. Live and learn. I decided to try a new florist instead of our families favorite florist in Athol. At 2:40pm Mother's Day (Sunday), the flowers hadn't been delivered so I reached out via text; I continued to reach out looking for a status update and didn't hear anything until 7:15PM when i FINALLY heard back from them that they were on their way with the flowers. I don't know whether the flowers would have been delivered at all had I not been texting for 5 hours about it. I had paid for 50% of the flowers before they were delivered, and though I wasn't charged for the other 50%, my request for a refund was ignored. Absolutely DO NOT USE this company, and if you do, be sure to follow up frequently, and don't put down a deposit and pay only after delivery.
