I was heading back to the Valley after a camping trip outside Payson and was wanting a coffee drink for my drive back. Noley's popped up in my search as a nearby coffee shop in town. Noley's is located in the heart of Payson inside of a strip mall behind McDonald's as you turn onto the 260. This is a very unique store that offers a lot more than just coffee. Noley's - Books, Art & Whatnot is a gathering place for both locals and visitors. In addition to having a cafe, Noley's has an art gallery, book store, a performance space, a local produce section and plenty of couches and chairs to sit on. They sell locally-made gifts and crafts like jewelry and other creations. They even have an old jukebox and a used vinyl section. Noley's is a pretty cool place to visit. I come through Payson often and glad I discovered this place. I have always found the service to be great in the Noley's cafe area. I grabbed a pastry and an Iced Latte during my first visit here. My buddy is gluten-free and was happy they offered gluten-free pastries. Everything is made fresh in this store. Before we left, we chatted with the lady in the front who was really nice. She shared with us the story behind this shop. I am looking forward to a return visit next time I am in town.

Noley's was a terrific find - thank you Yelp and Travis T! Clean, adorable, and the wine/coffee bar in the back offers friendly service with a smile and plenty of tasty drink and gluten-free snack options! I ordered an oat milk vanilla matcha. I order a LOT of matcha drinks these days. This one was the BEST MATCHA I have ever enjoyed! Spectacular! Highly recommended!! I also enjoyed a gluten-free almond cake! Lucky me because it was moist, just so sweet, and really the perfect almond cake! I could spend hours here, reading, eating, drinking, working on my laptop, reading some more, eating some more, and drinking some more! Gluten-free rating: ****FOUR STARS**** Overall rating: *****FIVE STARS*****

This cute spot has so many great things inside. Here you can find a book, a great homemade gift, or a beautiful art piece. I love that they've made a coffee shop in the back and a spot to enjoy some coffee/food between strolling through the aisles for your shopping.

Coffee shop/book store/art gallery/local produce seller, so many things I like in one place! This place is big and there are so many things to look at. Really fun vibe here. My son loved playing with the cars and looking through the books in the youth section. I got a white peach tea which was so refreshing. Staff was super nice and it was just a really fun place to walk around. Loved the art here too. Definitely a place to stop and check out if you're in Payson.

Found this place randomly driving through Payson AZ. Now, I'll stop by anytime I'm in the area. Noley's is awesome! Love the whole vibe. From the coffee, craft cocktails, local arts, books, and random crafts. This is a definite must stop of you're in the area.

What an adorable little stop as I'm killing time before lunch, I popped in here because I was told that they have music, art, coffee, and food in one place. There was no music playing, but everything else was a Jim and it was cool to see the painting in progress. The fresh food, fruit and veggies looked fabulous. I would definitely have enjoyed them if I was not on my way back out of town.

Coffee, cocktails, music, art, gifts, new books, old books.... The list goes on! What an amazing spot! It's the best of every world all wrapped up into a warm and welcoming space. Please go check out this place and support a great local business.

Amazing place with fun books and gifts/souvenirs. All staff were super friendly and the baked goods were absolutely delicious. Will be stopping by every time i'm in the area! Meant to take a photo of the goodies I got but forgot so here are the nice looking plates.

My son and I both love this little store. It is a bookshop, it is a record store, it is an art gallery, it is a jewelry store, it is a knickknack store. It also has groceries and baked goods and a bar in the back that serves coffee and drinks. There are a few seats to sit around and read or enjoy your beverage or your food. It is very charming and I wish we had more places like this in Payson, Arizona. The owner and the employees are both very friendly and you feel very welcome there. It is also owned by retired military and thisColonel's daughter feels very at home there

Local made goods and art, books, tasty treats and a full menu of coffes, tea and bar drinks! The coolest store in town!

As someone who recently moved up to Payson from California--and considers herself a bit of a coffee snob--I wasn't sure what to expect from the local caffeine scene. I've had more almond milk lattes than I care to admit and spent years searching for the perfect espresso shot. So imagine my surprise when I stumbled into Noley's and found myself absolutely floored. The coffee here? Next level. Rich, bold, smooth--every cup has been brewed with care, and you can taste the difference. Whether it's your morning fix or a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, this is hands-down some of the best coffee I've had, period. But Noley's isn't just a coffee stop--it's a full-on community gem. The staff are so welcoming and warm, they've made me feel like a local from day one. There's a full-service bar tucked in the back (hello, evening espresso martini?) and a grocery section stocked with fresh-from-the-farm produce and artisanal goods. Everything I've cooked since discovering Noley's ingredients has tasted that much better. The book selection is charming and well-curated, perfect for a cozy read with your latte in hand. And the front of the store? A delightful treasure trove of handmade goods--soaps, jewelry, adorable crocheted animals, you name it. You can tell everything is chosen with intention and love. Noley's is exactly what Payson needs. It's become a little haven for me--a place that makes this mountain town feel more like home. If you're in town, don't miss it. If you live here and haven't been yet...what are you waiting for?

This is one of my favorite hang out spots in town, it is so neat and so original! Not only is it a book store, it is also a coffee and tea bar, an art gallery full of local art, a boutique from local vendors, a record shop, and a cocktail bar! They sell local meat and produce, and have live music on some nights. I stop here an average of every other week and my go-to is the "Top of the rock" martini made with local Rocktop coffee and a cupcake as my weekly treat. Their baker Ashley makes new flavors every week! Every month they have a seasonal drink menu if you love trying new things, and the local produce is always fresh. If you like energy drinks their Lotus drinks are delicious too. Their staff is always friendly and it's such a cute vibe and environment, they will answer any questions you have. If you love supporting small businesses, this is one of the best in town!

    Library/ Gallery/ Cafe/ so much more!

I am amazed that Payson has something of this caliber here. Normally reserved for bigger cities, this lovely little shop contains surprise after surprise. I recommend that everyone visiting Payson or living here needs to see what is in store for them here.

This spot truly is an indie bookstore, there is a little bit of nostalgia here and of course books. I love hole in the wall indie book stores. There aren't a lot of them out there so I get excited when I find one. I read a mix of genres. In the horror section I saw that they had a Dean Koontz special. I've always wanted to read his work and this felt like the perfect time to start. I bought my first Koontz books today because of this store. I will be back especially for the dogs and the great prices.
