This place could use a good deep cleaning but the staff are very nice and always friendly and helpful. Good place to grab a drink to go!

My first time in a Wawa and the food was fast and fresh! Milkshake was the Bomb.com! The chicken…read moresandwich was the best thing I ever had. Considering it was a gas station.lol Lots of good stuff in this Wawa. And the chicken is so good, too!!!!!!!! Mac and cheese is the perfect temperature even after the 16minute drive home from Wawa! I have to agree with my pal here - very nice Wawa with plenty of food selections, snacks, and drinks to choose from. My daughter did say though that she couldn't taste any Honey on her hoagie, but overall said it was okay. In the area? Check Them Out!

AWARENESS: While visiting my daughter in NC a few weeks ago,…read moreI told her I book marked the closet Wawa to her since my son, who was stationed in Virginia Beech raved about Wawa so much, I knew I had to try it. NARRATIVE: This Wawa is about a 30 minute drive from the Raleigh area and at night, on that two lane road with no street lights was a nail biter drive. Wawa is basically a gas station with an indoor restaurant (Wawa) and orders can be made via their mobile app, telephone or in person. The selection of food items is pretty extensive. Everything from breakfast items to pizzas. I ordered their meatball sandwich with parmesan cheese, a side of their jalapeño Mac & Cheese and a smoothy refresher drink. My daughter tried their cheese burger and a regular order of Mac & Cheese. My Meatball sub was outstanding! My son didn't steer me wrong and my daughter said her border was just okay. Not something she would order again. We both agreed the Mac & Cheese dishes were very good when hot and fresh but, not worth keeping as left overs and reheating later. SCENE: This Wawa is located in the town of Garner, about a 30 minute drive from Raleigh. RECOMMENDATION(S): It's not a Buc-ee's but it ain't bad either. I'll be back.

Only like ten pumps here in a very small physical footprint. And every time I go, it's crowded…read more The annoying thing is that if people park at the little minimart place, and someone double-parks, then you can't get out from the gas station if someone is behind you. But outside of that, it's no different than most gas stations. It does have these Vending machines to go, where you can charge a drink directly at the pump which is neat. Don't even have to go in for the drink itself. When I went the last two weeks (12/17?2010), 20oz mtn dews were buy 2 get 1 free, which came out to about $3.21. That's not a bad deal for those long road trips if you need a caffeine spike.

This Wilco consistently has the best fuel prices in the Triangle. Pumps get busy during the week…read moreduring morning rush hour but are generally easy to access. They offer ice cold "gas-vend-go" sodas at each pump. As this is a busy location, they occasionally have trouble with the receipts. The store itself is a decent size, not super tiny, but not incredibly expansive. They offer Krispy Kreme donuts, sandwiches and nachos, icees, and really good coffee that has always fresh in my experience. You can add cherry or vanilla syrups to your fountain drinks. Plenty of sodas and beer. Candy is often on special. You'll also find a variety of toiletries for emergency situations. I don't believe there are public restrooms but there is a cash points ATM on site.

Hoo boy, where to start with the T&D Mart. I have been putting this review off for a while because…read moreI'm just not sure how I feel about the place! All things considered I finally decided the good and bad even out so I'm giving it a very "meh" 3 stars. Neutral, if you will. If you've never been to the T&D Mart, it's located on a really crazy intersection, which means traffic flow in the parking lot can be frustrating at times. The Mart itself shares a building with a consignment store. If you stopped at the Mart solely for gas, you would likely be disappointed. Pay at the pump is fine, but the cashier nearly always has a line, and it can move pretty slowly. Their gas prices are on the higher end compared to other stations in Raleigh. Most annoying of all is that the pumps don't have catches on them- meaning, you have to physically stand there pumping our own gas. None of that fancy "start gassing up then sit in your warm car until the pump stops on its own" here! The inside of the T&D Mart, however, is where I get conflicted. It's not your typical convenience store. It's kind of like a shady, flea market-slash-neighborhood hangout-slash-convenience store. They have all the usual standbys, snacks, sodas, etc. They also have the largest selection of wine, beer, and red Solo cups that I have ever seen in a gas station, by a wide margin. This is also the type of place where you can pick up a glass pipe for your.. ahem.. "tobacco", or get a cup of coffee and chill playing video poker on one of their THREE machines, or do a few scratch-offs while you chat with your friends. I'm always amazed that a place that has a bigger selection of pantyhose than your local drugstore also has fresher Naked juice than the "upscale" BP near my house. The thing is, I'm pretty sure this place is actually on the up-and-up. Some of the clientele look a little iffy, but I've never actually felt uncomfortable or unsafe coming in here. If anything, people are actually really polite and friendly. It's just that, you know, when they have a folding table full of discounted Egyptian cotton sheets by the register, you kind of get the impression that they fell off the back of the truck. If you know what I mean. Long story short, if you need anything that could conceivably be sold in a convenience store, T&D Mart will probably be able to hook you up. Just don't judge the book by its cover!
