They sent me a bill for $592.00 after being paid by my insurance carrier. I called them and they said they'd look into it and then sent a second bill for the same amount...REALLY ! The radiologist helped my son to feel welcome and comfortable and permitted me to sit outside as he was scanned. If there is one area of improvement is to clearly indicate that the imaging center is located at the back of the building. We parked at the front of the building and was redirected to walk around outside to the back. If someone who was dropped off was in serious pain, this would have been an uncomfortable walk.

The original appt was for Saturday, but they called yesterday to offer today as an option since someone canceled. So he wasn't squeezed in. MRIs require no food for 3 hours. Why would they make you wait even longer after you arrive? Do not go here. They clearly don't understand good service is a requirement, especially when your bill is going to be super high. This year, despite it being the exact same routine screening ordered by my doctor, they submitted incorrect procedure and diagnosis codes, resulting in an unexpected bill of $381.86. I spent significant time contacting both my insurance company and their billing department to get this resolved. My insurance indicated the issue was due to how the service was coded. However, New Rochelle Radiology's billing department refused to correct what appears to be a clear error. Instead of working toward a resolution, they escalated the situation by sending the bill to a collections agency while the dispute was still ongoing. This is completely unacceptable. Patients should not be penalized for provider billing mistakes, nor should they be subjected to collections over a disputed charge. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to fix their own error is deeply concerning. Avoid this place!

The tech was pretty businesslike when doing her work, but she was professional as well. Overall, while getting your breasts squished between panes of glass isn't the most comfortable experience in general, they do a good job of making it a s good experience as they can.
