From our first call to discuss details of the inspection and availability, Emily was incredibly helpful. When we asked her details of what Paul would be able to inspect (ex. radon mitigation system), she was very honest about the things she knew and the things she needed to verify with Paul. For any of these items, she got back to us within a couple hours with the needed details. Since they're open 9 AM to 9 PM most days, we were able to get our inspection booked for late the following week on the same day we first reached out! Their responsiveness continued throughout the process, from confirming the inspection the day prior, to providing test results promptly. For the inspection itself, we felt like our inspection could not have been in better hands than it was with Paul. Throughout the process he was extremely thorough and helpful in explaining what he was seeing and what he had concerns about. The best part was, it was clear how much Paul really cares about what he does and the people he works with. When we first met him that morning, he told us he was "going to inspect the house like his own daughter" was buying it. I escalated this issue within Criterium, but ultimately did not recieve a satisfactory response. Additionally, they were one of the more expensive inspection companies which makes their lack of professionalism and integrity all the more galling. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Disgraceful.
