How can you trust a dealership that takes advantage of the customer. Adding $3000 to purchase price for limited availability, when surrounding area dealerships have NO up charge. Also adds $1295 charge for paint coating( this should be decision of the buyer, not the dealership). Marysville Honda does neither of these charges for a savings of $4300. Took my car to White's Toyota to have my rear brakes bled. They did all kinds of testing on it that I did not authorize or did not want. And then they did not even bleed the brakes because he said he attempted to but could not. Then charge me $133 for nothing. What a scam.Also a piece of molding on the side of the car is missing after we taking it there. Whatever you do run from that please. I drive a 2006 RX hybrid Lexus and for convenience I've made three attempts to use this dealership. Sadly all three incidences were very Dissatisfying. 1. They wanted to replace my steering cable in the tune of $2300; I found out all I had to do is allow my car to switch in the hybrid when I turn the ignition on. That was six months ago and I have not had any other issues with the shifter. 2. My navigation system went out and they were unable to repair that but said I could get a new navigation for $3000 but could not guarantee that would fix the issues I was having with air conditioner/heater/radio etc. not feeling confident I went down to Lexus Easton and got treated with great customer service and it cost me $1700. To their credit it took a while however they gave me a free loaner car. 3. My husband change the brakes, Rotors, E and pads. Sadly to find out with a highbred they have to be scanned with computer software. Took it to white Toyota and they gave me multiple conflicting stories Depending who you talk to. Needless to say I got charged in my car came home worse than it did when I took it there with several morning lights on my dash. Shame on you local dealership for charging me to do nothing. Definitely will not make this mistake again and recommend anybody that drives a Lexus to go to Easton in Columbus. It is well worth the drive to get knowledgeable, honest, great customer service! read more

Buyer beware...a dear friend shared about their experience at Allan Nott in Lima. They never had any issues...however some dear friends of theirs who are long-standing customers of Allan Nott also have purchased a vehicle that is now having a major corrosion issue and unfortunately Allan Nott is not willing to rectify their problem claiming they have no financial responsibility to fix it...this is not the customer service each family had been used to with this dealership. It' our hope and intention that this post will reach the right ears and that Allan Nott will make good on helping Steve & Beth fix this corrosion issue. Steve's driven this truck less than 1500 miles in the summer time and he's only owned it for 5 months...I would sincerely hope Allan Nott would want to keep them as customers since they have so many family and friends who purchase from them...as well as our list of family and friends. I will drive out of my way and be totally inconvenienced to have good customer service...word of mouth is everything folks! Please share this post for Steve & Beth! Over the July 4 weekend, my vehicle broke down outside Lima, OH, as my family was driving home from vacation. Hours from home, with a wife and two children with me, I was stranded in town and fearful of getting service slowly on the Monday after a holiday weekend. The service manager there, Jeff D., was incredibly accommodating - getting me a reasonable rate on a rental which allowed me to get my family home, and getting my own van fixed delightfully fast. Purchasing a used vehicle from many miles away takes a great deal of trust and support. Our sales guy Brandon was so polite, friendly and patient with us from start to finish. I needed for him to tell me everything he could about the Jeep, and he did so without hesitation and with total honesty, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear, about the Jeep. He made sure that they gave the Jeep a thorough safety inspection, tune up and a full detail that I was very impressed with. He never pressured me into buying it and he even drove it himself to make sure it was satisfactory. My brother went there to pick it up for us and Brandon was kind enough to pick him up from the rent a car place where he dropped off the rental, and drove him to the dealership to pick up the Jeep. Everything went as smooth as butter and we are so happy with our new Jeep. I wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again, Brandon even text me to make sure my brother made it to Colorado safely.
