This is the only car rental place (that I know of anyway) in town and decided well lets just rent a car here. We booked the rental for this place weeks ahead of when we needed, i rented it for 4 days for $325. My brother and mom went to pick up the rental car that day, and even though we were told to be there 8:00 am sharp, the lady didn't come until 9. The car (please see pictures) was dirty and the odor was not pleasant. Whatever we dealt with it and used it till we got out car back. Will be renting from another place next time, even if I have to get it in Lima or Fort Wayne.

I never received a call from them and it's now a week later. I don't know how you can be in business if you don't answer the phone or call your customer back. I ended up going to Enterprise in Lima, they answered the phone, helped me get my vehicle quickly and I was on my way. I will not be able to consider you in the future, poor service.

They quickly determined the issue (broken heater hose) and had it repaired and back on the road home in a very short time. These folks are top notch. They treated her like family and made her feel very safe and comfortable while also being very professional and keeping her informed of the service being done. The repairs were done quickly and at a very reasonable price too. I wish I lived closer as this would be the only place I would take my vehicles for service!!

We purchased 2 hours (plenty of time for two trips) on a a 25 passenger bus for our wedding guests…read morefollowing the reception. This was all very clearly laid out in the contract. Many guests were replying on this option for a safe ride to the hotel. Instead, they showed up with a 14 passenger van, claimed the bus was broken down, and provided 1 trip, which took 30 minutes. They did not return to pick up more passengers. They did not answer our phone calls. 36 of our guests were left to find their own way home, which was incredibly dangerous, considering we served alcohol. I attempted to contact Lucky Limo after the wedding, and they blocked our phone number and won't return any emails. We did not receive any sort of refund, even though we paid for far more than we received. Worse yet, no one has acknowledged the dangerous and horrible position they left our loved ones in.
