The bedding and blankets were actually a surprise and I was a little nervous as it's hard for me to relax sometimes.. Lola fixed that! The spa experience was so relaxing that I was really close to falling asleep on multiple occasions. Thank God I don't snore if I did.. The last time, I asked why he used temporary glue and was told in case he needed to go back in(?) I told him to put the permanent glue in, and it's been fine since. My implanted tooth is much shorter than the other, which is very noticeable, as it's one of my front teeth! Also, I have suspicions about how charges are applied. The Office Manager had already put in a charge for one of my visits, for approximately $300 but the Dentist was sitting at the computer adding the same charge and was told it was already applied. It just seemed odd to me that he has a manager to do the billings, yet feels the need to get in and add things? I do not recommend this office, for the reasons listed.

A young lady checked me in and was not knowledgeable when it came to whether or not I had to pay for an exam. I know the dental policy I purchased which covers at 100% cleaning, exam and X-rays. She kept telling me I had to pay $40 for an exam. I kept saying no, I don't and I called my dental insurance company to verify again. The young lady at the desk then says to me" I don't want to fight with you". I explained I was not trying to fight with anyone but was disputing what she was saying. I was so confused and turned off I was going to leave and find another dental office, then she finally got some assistance from the lady next to her who told her that I did not have a deductible to pay. The lady that did my X-rays and cleaning was very nice and she saved the day, but that office is unorganized, my visit was 3 hours long and the person that scaled my teeth kept getting the water all over me when she was scaling. Too many people coming in and out of the room just chaotic and stressful! Seems like they are trying to over charge the customers. The experience ruined my whole day!

This is the second time that they submitted the claim to the wrong insurance carrier. So far they are batting 0 for 2. I'm a bit concerned that they may be shooting for the trifecta of incompetence. A word to the billing folks at Martin Dentistry - You have all the insurance information you need. Call me and I'll send you a photocopy of the insurance card if you lost my insurance information.....And then submit to the correct insurance carrier - It's really very simple. 7/21/2022 Update. The insurance claim has now been incorrectly submitted a third time! I called the Dental Insurance carrier and they say that they were never contact by Martin Dentistry for this claim! So, even though I provided Martin Dentistry with my insurance card information (front and back of card), and they had the dental insurance coverage information prior to the appointment on April 19, It is now 3 months later and they still can't get it right. HOW MANY more failed attempts will it take for Martin Dentistry to submit the claim to the correct carrier? 7/29/22 Update: Thank God! Over a 3 1/2 month period the billing folks at Martin Dentistry submitted the insurance claim to the wrong address even though they had the insurance information from my card prior to the appointment 3 1/2 months ago. They finally got it right on try number 4! Dealing with this practice is an ordeal to put it mildly. If you value your time and sanity I would avoid this practice.

One day I went in to have him fix a filling (he claimed was not one he did) before he did anything he had me go to his office and he basically yelled at me for not paying my bill. Well we paid every month and his bookkeeper applied our payment to my family and not my account . Well I can't control what his staff does with the payment. He had me so humiliated and feeling like a child I just wanted to crawl in to a corner and disappear.. 3. I found out from the state that he was suppose to send the bill to medical assistance (I was on ma at the time) But he got paid more by my other insurance so he didn't send it through ma. That is fine but he can't charge me for the difference that insurance don't pay because he knew I had MA when I 1st started going to him.
